Been out of game for almost 7 years, so thanks for the advice.
But PoS structures I still have to scan down and those also count towards having a structure in space. Also have to check every bloody system for a PoCo.
So as it is it’s all in favor of the deccer since they have a laid out playingfield of sorts.
So add the locator agent for the nearest structure of the attacking corp.
This should only be available for the defending corp and not the attacking one.

Most soldiers hope for peace, because they bear the real costs of war. They do what they do so that you don’t have to.
