Dreaded Collective - New Update

Yes, one dread having slightly more damage than the others will permanently break the game.

/sigh

Except when it does, apparently.

Not in a game where the number of available pilot is much more of a limiting factor than any ISK or ressources cost for the big Null blocs.

If it turned out to be really powerfull enough to be the new Meta for some reason, no price tag would ever stop them.

being buffed by 150% to his damage*
you are not even speaking on how draugur and vedmak are gonna be some of the most oppressive ship I have ever seen, good idea to “”“nerf”""" the kiki while letting his range wich Is a huge component of trigs ship openess and then make the draugur even better aswell as the vedmak.

I wonder If you are even playing the game at this point

Let’s see. I own a Zirnitra. Do you? I am number 11 all time with the Kikimora in kills. Top 20 all time with the Nergal in kills. I have 22 kills with Draugurs, and 227 with Vedmaks (top 50 all time). I have twice as many kills with Vedmaks alone than you have with any ship, and I have four times as many kills with Kikis alone than you have on your whole killboard. I have perfect Trig skills and these are my favorite ships to fly in the game.

Yes, I play this game. And yes, I’m more familiar with the issues with these ships than you are.

Kiki’s range is not oppressive. With long range ammo it can hit around mid 40km range, slightly more with boosts, and there’s no falloff so the guns don’t even activate if you’re not within that range. Their speed, coupled with ramp up DPS, which can get very high, are their biggest features, and the range was always one of the ways they were balanced. Same with Nergals.

Draugurs range was worse, and they were slower. Coupled with the boosh nerf and there was little reason to fly them compared to all of the other command destroyers, all of which were better in both attributes and cost half as much. (Oh yeah, my second most used ship of all time is the Magus). Vedmak had similar issues - compared to the other cruisers, it’s range was way too short, and there was no need for a tracking bonus on a Trig ship, where tracking is already good.

If these ships are as good as you think they will be, then I suggest you start flying them, since you don’t appear to have ever flown any Trig ship other than a Leshak. Once you do, feel free to come back and try to lecture me.

I’m wondering why the nergal is not getting a range buff.

It should have a 20% optimal range bonus per level to make it playable.

I get it is meant to be a brawl ship but I’ve never seen a frigate fight which lasts more than 30secs… and let’s add you can only start shooting and spooling up once in range and with occults the range is a nightmare.

The damavik is still hot garbage. In a pass that addresses a lot of complaints, valid or not, with trig ships why in the flying ■■■■ did they ignore the only one that is utterly useless?

Someone on reddit posted about a trig hauler. This tru?

Good question.

There is an NPC one, but it’s not a playable ship yet (if ever).

Hey guys, I think the Drekavac nerf is too much. Maybe keep the Drone Bay at 100m3 ?
The trigs only have 1 Battlecruiser - It fits a lot of roles and is a jack-of-all-trades, good solo and small gang
This nerf is too much- it had really good flexibility but feels too restricted now.

Love my Ikitursas, no touchie, CCP! Gotta check how this affects my Vedmaks but sounds kinda nerf-like.
