I must ask after over a decade of Null calling everyone whiners and to HTFU, is it now (that it is null who is whining) illegal to call them whiners?

Why would you think that? As long as you make it coherent and don’t break the rules, you’re more than able to tell them to HTFU.

I have had several comments calling them whiner babies and for them to post in the correct thread removed. That is why I ask.

If your comments reference other comments, or are in a “subthread” subject to moderation they will follow, unfortunately such is the nature of housekeeping.
The ISD team actually cut us a lot of slack, if they applied the rules to the letter the forums would be lesser for it.

CCP state you can have 1 alpha per PC so id like to see how they could prove your NOT on 10 pc’s
obviously you dont deal with the alphas very much that basically come from WoW and need their hand held at every turn, not bothering to read, not taking heed to warnings and doing whatever tf they want and wonder why a shipfit isnt working or some other nonsense. alpha in an attempt to boost numbers lowered the average IQ.
This is why I am not opposed to beefing things up a bit for the newbs. But…
With people in the real world having less cash to spend on gaming these days ( wages, debt, rent, etc ) nerfing the Krabs too much has put stress levels in the game so high people are going elsewhere. You hear it on comms all the time.
If you want people to stay then the game needs to be mathematical as all hell, but not back-breakingly stressful at the same time.
And, as I have said on other threads, the balance is too much towards back-breaking IMHO.

It dropped specifically because of the blackout and cyno changes; or, in other words, people in upper management demonstrating yet again how much of a miracle it is CCP has stayed solvent for 16 years.

It got stated in one of the threads at the time, and is stated in the Alpha rules that you are only allowed one alpha logged in. That’s a full-stop, not a “But that rule doesn’t apply if you have multiple PC’s”.
You might get away with it, but that’s saying “It doesn’t count as illegal if I don’t get caught”.

You may only be logged in with one Alpha Account at any given time point afaik.

Which is basically true, the ones who say no or that’s wrong are botters who use VPN to run multiple alpha alt accounts.

It’s a paraphrasing of CCP Wrangler’s statement about EVE:
EVE is a dark and harsh world, you’re supposed to feel a bit worried and slightly angry when you log in, you’re not supposed to feel like you’re logging in to a happy, happy, fluffy, fluffy lala land filled with fun and adventures, that’s what hello kitty online is for.
EVE needs to move back to that, more and more.
