It’s the same issue as when people think they can put together one of those pieces of Chinese [insert product here] without reading the instructions - and then they “read” the “instructions” and still can’t put it together.
Not really. Once a new player goes through the tutorial he won’t have to seek answers he should already know.
What you’re describing is instructions translated through two or three different languages that end up meaning nothing useful.
I never read such convoluted instructions and manage just fine. Players who skip the tutorial end up creating these scenarios
… and in those cases they should simply have gone through the tutorial.
