wtaf you watching bro.
You twits do realize that several of the voices raised against your absolutely terrible idea are those of pve players?
They get it. They adapted. They didnât come here to whinge about how much better the world would be if they changed it to suit their tastes.
You are not right, you only believe you are right. You make up statistics to back your views and you cite examples from games that are NOT EVE.
EVE only exists after all this time because it is what it is. It is a niche game for a MINORITY of the mmo players out there. The very idea of conforming it to suit the desires of the unwashed and frankly stupid masses is straight up crayon eating level of idiotic. It will lose that which makes it different and gives it itâs longevity.
As stated by the pve industrialist voices in this thread, killing high sec PVP will murder the economy. Things die in HS, and the trade hubs are there⌠violence creates demand. Null sec and low sec violence creates delayed demand for specific things. Widespread violence in high creates instant demand for almost everything not null/low/wh related.
Create a PVE server? Have you ever tried an ARK: Survival Evolved public PVE server? Talk about passive aggressive pvp through denial of space. In EVE terms, imagine structures and cans/depots/mtus anchored EVERYWHERE⌠clogging up every system with no recourse for their removal. Sovereignty becomes static in null, as nothing changes after the initial rush. Goons get there first, theyâll claim it all and buy what they couldnât get initially. Youâre arguing for the creation of a toxic waste dump for everyone to live in.
No. Get bent. Your idea is bad and you should feel bad for having it.
Now, go sit by the window and eat your crayons and lick that glass super clean you magnificent helmet wearing special bastards.
CCP will have 200 M$ argumet to prove it is not.
It is not about âbeingâ special, it is all about money.
If it was all about money they could have gone mainstream long ago and went with what the majority likes.
They didnât.
Itâs not like they didnât know.
You are not the first, you are not even in the first HUNDRED to argue for this inane crap.
It would be kinda nice if you were the last though.
Now, go on⌠finish up that box of 64 colours. At least itâll keep you busy for a while.
As i saidâŚthey will cry, whine, taunt, insult and spit salt just in a desperate effort to do everything to avoid the coming changes.
It will not help because the change is already hereâŚit has an name : PAâŚ
The anti change coalition does not want it to be and so it cannot beâŚin no meaning, even if its proven it mustnât beâŚ
And no argument will EVER convince them that the time of free roaming gankers and pvpâing everywhere could be overâŚ
This is about fanatic believers ,for them what they believe is a FACTâŚand you cannot argument with true believers⌠
If you actually like this game I would suggest you stop trying so damned hard to murder it.
If you donât, then go bugger off to some other game.
Beside that, please stop coming across like a gods be damned flat earth anti-vaccine shitlord.
Actually⌠CCPâs former owners will have $200M because it is.
Sounds like this one already tried the tide pod challenge. There are no coming changes of this sort. Nothing has been announced, and until there is, this is a baseless opinion and nothing more. You can cry, moan, and groan all you like. But at the end of the day, itâs not a game thatâs meant for people like you. Youâre free to continue to support CCP for as long as you want, but honestly, youâll be happier playing a more child-friendly game.
MAYBE they will have ![]()
Funny how when you say it itâs a certainty, but when I correct the false information, itâs no longer a certainty.
If the short bus riders want to see what a no pvp hisec looks like, CCP have a test server that provides exactly that, there is no PvP whatsoever outside of designated areas, the market is also PvP free with almost all goods provided by NPCs at a price of 100 isk.
/me wipes boogers on the windows for the lickers.
Do you want âthe majorityâ to determine what you eat? When you sleep? Who you marry? What gives this âmajorityâ the right to dictate to minorities what game they should play?
In democracy, the imperative of the majority comes from their common interest in the state of society and itâs infrastructure. How you drive, how you dress, and even who you love, can have an effect on others. Hence, they get a say in your affairs, because they canât just avoid every street you might drive down, every place you might act a fool, and they certainly canât prevent those they love from interacting with you if they canât even prevent themselves. But, you can walk away from EVE at any time, so, just because you are a typical member of some majority, why does that mean you should get a say?
EVE isnât created by a majority for a majority. Is it?
Lets not forget that you didnât even challenge the utterly asinine assertion that the âmajorityâ of Eve players wants HS to be safe space.
The HS bears are such a small and irrelevant part of Eve that apart from the forums being a more enjoyable place, nobody would even know they left.
Itâs easy to speak for the silent majority, they rarely object to what others put in their mouths. ~Abrazzar
Even if it tastes like shite. ~Me
Funny how you correct things knowing your corrections are wrong but the truth doesnât fit into your agenda so you âcorrectâ anywayâŚ
Except heâs not, CCP didnât get $200,000,000; their investors did.
Investor got $225,000,000 and maybe they will get another $200,000,000 only if CCP fulfill the agreed bussines goals, and that is why CCP is under pressure and why it has to increase the number of subscribers and get out of the niche market. A lot of work to do and so little time!
Bye bye easy living at Island ⌠
As soon as PA release a pve version of Eve Online most of high-sec will be left empty and desolate as everyone migrates.

@Mortlake needs some Confucius thrown in to sweeten the recipe.
Confucis say confusion is confusing, because if it werenât confusing, then you wouldnât be confused
