What’s posted on these forums means absolutely nothing the majority of players don’t read or post here or Reddit for that matter, CCP’s new overlords have an agenda what that is can be debated until the cows come home. What I have learned is that BDO generally goes it’s own way regardless of what players and subsiduries want. So time will tell, i’m sure we won’t have to wait to much longer to find out. As for Eve being dangerous no its not it’s just broken, stuff being released for null yet again while high-sec once again misses out. I think over the coming months and year this will be rectified just my opinion. Lvl 5 missions being allowed back would be good start, this triglavian pvp area crap won’t wash with mission runners and CCP should know this.
Eve is, and always should be, a tradeoff between risk and reward.
You want your level 5 missions back. First, that hurts lowsec. Second, what are you prepared to trade for that drastic increase in reward? Would you be prepared to go suspect inside a L5 mission?
HS doesn’t get new content because HS players are irrelevant to Eve. Literally the only thing they do to contribute to the health of the game is get ganked. Take the training wheels off, and you’ll find there’s a whole galaxy of content out there for you. It isn’t even all PVP, though you may end up getting involved in it (by choice or by force).

They are. They can play as alpha clones all they like. There’s exactly nothing compelling them to pay CCP.
Your obviously not a mission runner, if you were you would already know the answer, low-sec hurts low-sec not lvl 5 mission runners of which they cannot be many. So moving them back to their rightful place in high-sec would not hurt low-sec because quite frankly low-sec is dead, dying and on the way out. FW a shadow of itself even Snuff coming back won’t help its to late. People don’t want that crap anymore look at the data.

I never said mission runners would hurt lowsec, I said moving lvl 5 missions out of lowsec would hurt lowsec. You can be sure that nobody would run them in low if they exist in high.
As you say, lowsec is already on its deathbed; there’s no reason to hasten that. Triaging HS by harming LS is foolish to say the least.
And it’s funny, but you didn’t answer my question. So I’ll ask again. What risk are you prepared to accept for the higher rewards of L5 missions in HS?
Your answer says it all as for mine let me run lvl 5 missions in high-sec with dread’s and i’ll happily applaud when CCP get rid of concord. Thats my trade off. As for your trade off, appeal to CCP for a name change remove the pervert and put in fart and your good to go.
Okay, I like you. Your vaunted HS becomes lowsec (no concord), and what’s better, you’ll happily die in a dread (no caps in HS).
That’s a fair trade. But let me ask you… if you don’t need concord and you just want to run them in a capital, why do you care what happens in HS? You’re already 99.9% of the way towards lowsec and nullsec gameplay.

I stand by what I have said. Concord in hig-sec only benefits the griefer always have. High-sec need’s a overhaul and for caps I have always been an advocate for caps being allowed back in high-sec, along with lvl 5 missions. I don’t care about low-sec old man star gets old and fast.

If that was directed at me, I’m posting from my market alt. I always post from my market alt, because at the end of the day I choose to represent myself. My words, and those alone (not my killboard, alliance ticker, etc) do that.
It’s always telling when one reverts to base ad hominem attacks against one’s killboard, ticker, etc, because it’s a clear indication of an irrefutable position. The argument, regardless of who makes it, is the same argument and thus it alone matters here.
I make no secret of the fact that I’m a null powerbloc line member and that I shoot at the goons in any posts where the topic comes up in other threads, and I’m happy to say it here too. Any further proof or detail is unimportant to me.
I was not attacking your killboard or ticker I don’t care either way, if you want to be an F1 monkey thats your business, you know nothing of missions or how people like me are affected in high-sec. Sitting in your ivory tower protected by a null power block and posting with a toon thats been in an NPC corp for years and years spouting stuff about pvp in high-sec and wardeccs for that matter, makes you look weak. What is there to really know? It’s not exactly rocket science. I mean, ■■■■, even HS bears can do it.
- Accept the mission
- Transit as needed to the system with the mission
- Warp to the deadspace pocket and do the things
- Transit back
- Complete the mission
That’s mission running. Whether you do full clears or speed runs, what fits you use, which missions are best, none of that has any bearing. That’s all the knowledge I need to have an informed opinion. Which, incidentally, I don’t even need that knowledge for this exact topic.
As I said before, the argument, whether being made by someone who has run missions for the last decade or by someone who ran one and said ■■■■ this, remains the same. You’ve failed to provide a single counter-point to the argument.
And yet… you have zero actual counter-points to my argument. How does it feel to utterly lose an argument to someone “weak”?
