Lets say you get rid of “Combat” PvP in, Highsec…
No more moon mining
No more player owned structures
No more Player Owned Custom Offices

Nullsec, especially Goons would forever then take advantage to completely destroy the Highsec Markets…
Including no longer brining officer/deadspace gear to highsec.
Including Wh, wold have no reason to bring their Mats for T3 builders to highsec.
Including Nullsec would stop bringing its moon goo to HS as well.

This is the Fail Cascade you are trying to advocate…
and after all that…once most of the gameplay is worthless…then HUGE chunk of the playerbase will just simply quit playing…faster than CCP/PA can react to it…

In fact after the Cascadeis fully complete I would give it 6 months before the game is a ghosttown, where you would be lucky to see another player that was not some bot running in highsec…and we EvE players know hardly anybody will stick around that is new-ish at that point when there is no one to play with them.
