since you can’t adapt to a new game and want to get it changed into something familiar and easy for you.
HTFU or play one of the other 1000 games out there that do what you want and have far less players than EVE.

Eve will have to change in small ways to survive, just as it always has; what’s not going to happen is the excision of the core fundamental principles behind it, one of them being that it is full time PvP in a sandbox environment.

I don’t think he’s referring to the subway that sells something masquerading as food, I believe he’s using the word in the American way to refer to an underground rail system or possibly an underground pedestrian walkway.
He’s a antagonistic arse that has little respect for what the majority of people find to be offensive, like the time he compared hisec PvE players to Africans enslaved in the 17th, 18th and early 19th centuries.
I wonder how many alts he’s been through, this time last year I’m pretty sure he was posting using an alt named Ari Kolapa; the never changing script and batshit insane agenda make it pretty obvious.
