It is equal. You can pvp and pvp in all areas of the game.
How much more equal do you want?
Oh I get it. The kind that’s equal but not equal.

The moment CCP started to cater to the PvE crowd and neglected the PvP aspect, the CORE aspect of the game the player numbers started declining. That is a simple fact. Less possibility to screw with people is what this game is suffering from. All the studies CCP created point into that direction.
More often then not it’s the players that are stuck in the past. Reading through the forums so many are usally not thrilled with change. I read a request for a classic Eve server like WoW is doing not long ago.
This is also inversely true, PVE needs to allow for PVP.
Removing concord and increasing faction navy strength and response in high sec would work.
Don’t mistaken objection to bad and stupid ideas with general resistance to change. There is a lot of stuff in EVE that needs overhauling, but some people just come here asking for flat out changes in their favor without considering the wider impact it might have.
I’m totally in favor of changes that make the game more interesting and against those that seek to make it boring and dull. That is hardly resistance to change, but I guess it’s a convenient lie if no one likes your ideas.
That’s not the prediction of a fortune teller, that’s an observation from people who’ve been gaming for decades and seen games fail by doing exactly what you’re suggesting that CCP does; change the core concept of a game.
Those that fail to learn from the mistakes of others are doomed to repeat those same mistakes, to their detriment.
Well your flawed memory is not MY concern…
Our memory isn’t flawed, your ideas on the other hand, are.
I’m definitely not suggesting all CCPs ideas are golden, but they are attempting to move forward. In no way are they what this threads title suggests.
He keeps confusing equality with equity, equality doesn’t mean what he thinks it means.
PVE and industry has been buffed a zillion times over the last 10-15 years.
Mostly by nerfing the shite out of PvP.
The entry bar for new players looking to get into PvP has never been higher.
Really if you can’t bring your own squadron of titans and fax alts at this point, you may as well just stay home.
Every now and then you see some cute noob in alliance talking about how he just got a titan and, you know, great for you kid, but what’s anyone supposed to do with only one titan anymore?
I was more aiming my remark at hisec, but yep alt proliferation is as bad for the game as super cap proliferation.
I trained up all these cap skills thinking it was the endgame to have one! Even if I lost it battle. Now, why bother? TRUST me, I’m glad I did it, but still… If all you want to be is the last, richest player in the game when they turn out the lights, why bother. If that’s what the endgame of the player base is today, then the game is probably dead?
missing the social aspect i was talking about though…try again or are you all fat and no meat Ms Steak lol
In my 15 years of playing, having had many accounts and characters, I have NEVER had any character that was capable of flying caps (freighters excluded). I don’t think I missed out on that “end game” ![]()
Meh, it’s nice to have those skills in your back pocket if the game ever makes it worth doing again.
I don’t mind that I payed to play for so many years. I had hoped it was worth it.
^^ This
I have 3 now.
They just sit in a hangar looking… Stupid
You could always yolo one into Eve Uni for giggles, at least as much fun as that Orca.
