and CCP has stated when outside resources are better than what they can do, they prefer that over them trying to overstuff the game with things that 3rd party devs can do
I meant what activity would people tell them to do.
Everyone here has forgotten that there is no entry level pvp anymore. There is no where you can go out and try things out on your own. It’s always about waiting for others or pitting new players against people like this:
I am a new player that started Eve recently and wanted to shoot other players . I just want to say that it was a bit confusing at start , i got destroyed by the police and gate cannons a few times , but eventually i managed to get in lowsec by rookie channel . There is a system just 3-4 jumps i think from Wallmart .
It wasn’t so hard , you buy ship , fit it an go there , many players in that system . If no one is in the sites just ask in local chat, someone will come and fight you .
I just wanted to say it wasn’t hard to find other combatants.
It’s got nothing to do with losses Mr Strawman, but nice try trying to turn this into some carebear thing when it isn’t. It’s the psychology of why bother trying when I’m fighting someone with a more powerful ship, more skills, and more experience. Only dumb people think that’s going to encourage people into PVP.
No, they can’t. Look at it from the reverse perspective, if you are a good PVPer with a faction ship, are you ever losing to a new player who turns up in a T1 ship, of course you aren’t.
I have won fight against older player , sorry i do not know how to link kill report from the game here , but i am not lying . It felt very good and rewarding after losing a few ships and it was pure adrenaline and so much fun than destroying the red npc. I know they have more experience than me , yes powerful ships too , i have learned but after working hard i won a fight.
I already did. It’s redundant. We already have FW. Which not only is a place for them to earn ISK, but also a place where they can join established corps and learn the ropes in a team. They don’t need HiSec training wheels just because there’s a learning curve.
