Mobile Phase Anchors require 100 energy to phase-in the Phased Asteroids. Rorquals provide 100, Orcas 50, and Porpoises 35.
Not quite what I was expecting. Rorq 100, Orca 65, Porp 35 seems much more reasonable. With your numbers, you have to field one Orca and two Porp to power the anchor. At that point, might as well just use three Porp. One Orca and one Porp should have been an available option.
Im curious what mining Prismaticite at 10% efficiency means. 90% becomes residue each cycle?
If so, it seems like 1 poip could raise effeciency by 30%. If you wanted 100% youâd need 3 of em. So on so forth.
You could also make an active phase anchor the thing that pops up on the map. If itâs only working at 10+30% efficiency it would only be detectable from a limited distance. Higher efficiency makes it visible on map from further away.
By the way lots of groups have spies and if anyone has found a phased asteroid field and decided to mine it, some spy might find out. I mean way to eleminate the need for spies by popping the site up on map for everyone? But I digress.
Did they say anywhere if the Industrial Core of those Command Ships has to be running to create such a link? So, do you have to âsiegeâ them or do they only need to be âthereâ, so you can run any second if some danger occurs? Sry, I wasnât able to watch all the related streams and notes yetâŚ
Lots of good stuff in the expansion! One of the best in recent years. Kudos!
But⌠how can an arc of three missions in any way, shape, or form be called epic? And why not put an agent in every career system to offer these missions?
I have to agree with @Adada_Tuesday, your obnoxious trolling is as bad as your research skills, meaning you fail miserablyâŚ
The quote in my post was taken directly from the Dev Blog which states:
Consisting of three mining-focused missions, this new Epic Arc is meant for new and returning players.
My question is perfectly justified since that Dev Blog only mentions new or returning playersâŚ
As for your second statement about fixing my Faction Standings, if you had done just a little bit of research you would have seen that I actually wrote the book on Faction Standing Repair⌠As such the location of the Mining Arc doesnât affect me⌠However my question is still valid since there are players in Eve who have bad standings with Caldari State and wonât be able to access that contentâŚ
Also the Mining Arc is more than just an introduction to the new content, it rewards players with the new ORE Pioneer Mining Destroyer and various other expansion goodies such as modules and BPCâsâŚ
Lastly, my questions were directed to CCP Bee, the OP of this thread⌠They definitely werenât directed to you, especially since you have no clue what youâre talking about⌠Now take your damn sarcastic troll remarks somewhere elseâŚ
Seems as though this arc wont offer standings for ORE, at least its not mentioned. But I agree, gatekeeping it to caldari space or any one region is a bit much.
To be fair if the State dislikes you itâs probably because youâve been actively fighting for the imperialistic gallente or the savage minmatar. Gatekeeping civilised space from such immoral pilots is a sensible precaution.
Blueprint Copies for the Odysseus can be obtained from the Servant Sisters of EVE faction member corporations for the price of 250,000 LP and 250,000,000 ISK.
WaitâŚ. you re really going forward with the test server bp values?
You really are going to make the Odysseus blueprint cost more than the rest of the SoE ship line COMBINED, have it cost 2 and half Nestor?!
And I guess you are really going forward with its BP requiring 250 resonators too?
You REALLY expect a ship that will cost 500k SoE LP and 250M just un raw LP store cost to then be used for solo explorer?!
What?!
Why are you like this?
Whatâs even the point of this â â â â ?!
Ho and let me guess, the new random skill you made just for that âtotally not T2 faction shipâ will cost 500M or something?
I literally canât blieve they went with these values.
The ship they sold us as the cool solo explorer platform cost more than the whole SoE Line combine.
The thing will cost you more than 2 nestors!
Whatâs even the point of this thing? Why anyone would want to pay that insane price for the âpride and accomplishmentâ of turning themselves into the juiciest killmail possible?
All that for what A ship that will only be ever used as prob booster for ganking fleet?!
You can always go hang out in the Like and get likes thread. Thereâs a lot less targeted harassment and trolling there if you think people are out to get you.
So earlier notes and videos stated that cycle times would be 4 times as fast without adjusting yield. Now
âMining lasers and strip miners now will have 4x faster cycles, and gas cloud harvesters will have 2x faster cycles, making mining operations more responsive. The yield per cycle, capacitor usage, and mining crystal volatility damage has been adjusted proportionally to maintain the same overall mining yield over time.â
You say cycle times are 4 times as fast but Iâm getting the same yieldâŚ. hmmm that likes speeding up a train 4x but also making the distance 4x as long. All you have done is given the illusion that its faster when it fact Iâm not gaining anything from the increased speed.
Makes the lost potential ore harvested for a cycle that kills an asteroid (triggering âThe asteroid is depletedâ message that makes miners return to the keyboard) smaller. Right now if you harvest 10mÂł per cycle and the asteroid only has 1mÂł left, you will harvest 1mÂł in the whole cycle. 9mÂł potential harvest lost. With the update, youâd harvest 2.5mÂł per cycle, and the potential loss is 1.5mÂł.
