Especially since it requires nerfing certain things people have paid tons of money for in the past to get the most out of them since CCP completely and utterly obliterated balance in favor of fun.

Nerfing is often better than buffing everything else.
I think ccp could do better at not making things overpowered to begin with though. The rorqual was just silly. Then they wouldn’t need to be nerfed soon after.
