Thanks for the reply, but my images are still compressed vertically. I didn’t want to derail this thread, so I made one about this issue under Issues and Workarounds:

In-game portraits appear to be vertically compressed

I am on a Mac, and I am not sure whether this issue affects only Mac clients (or just mine?), but in-game character portraits appear to be vertically compressed to me. They do not look the same as portrais generated through capture (which look normal). I captured a portrait of my character through character information window in the game.
