Another “minor update”(https://eve.tiancity.com/homepage/article/2018/04/23/54896.html) scheduled tomorrow, with exactly same wording as previous "minor update"s. I can’t find any events related to this update, so I assume this is related to some server login issues and 35 minute extended downtime(https://eve.tiancity.com/homepage/article/2018/04/22/54893.html) 2 days ago that generated much complaint on Tieba.
A recent patch on Singularity just added a few corpse models and icons to the game, and most of them are associated with the zh suffix.
There are 3 different colors of corpses for each group, and it looks like the pants are slightly bigger and wounds are removed, maybe for the purpose of censorship. Haven’t checked if the corpse models are substantially different.

Edit: just logged in on sisi and the corpse icon is still the old one. Not sure the new icons belong to different entities.
Edit: the Tranquility version of this corpse icon had been updated in a patch in March 2017(http://hoboleaks.space/Singularity_1132503-1132562.html) that makes the wounds more visible.

Edited the query a bit to include the trademarks of other categories, and filtered the registrants that are not CCP.
People speculated that 克隆崛起 matches Lifeblood and 无烬星河 matches Arms Race. Some people already noticed that a logo of CDC era style of 克隆崛起(tieba.baidu.com/p/5366219423) in October 2017. After digging hoboleaks.space I located the logo in Build 1180849 in August 2017. New files->ui/texture/vgs/eve_logo_white.zh.png

Status of Application of the batch of “星战前夜：克隆崛起” trademarks in November (beware the site may be outdated) is"LIVE/APPLICATION/Awaiting Examination等待实质审查". Maybe the idea of clone is somehow sensitive to the censorship? I see a Zhihu answer(https://www.zhihu.com/question/30598722/answer/48731137) talking about sensitiveness of such topic in a film adoption of a sci-fi novel.

Tiancity will suspend its new player and returning player recruit bonuses on May 31st.

For a tldr: this bonus applies to player sending a recruit link to new or old(inactive for more than 90 days) players and get extra free game time for each recruited player paying cash(not PLEX): 15 days for new players(up to 3 per month) and 7 days for old players(up to 3 per month). Bonus free game time stack for at most 60 days. Recruited new players get 28 days of trial.
Today is 30 days before June 28th, the 6th anniversary of EVE under Tiancity. I believe something should happen on June 28th.
I think Tencent would be better than Tiancity for EVE. They could bring all the expansions and f2p, making it like on Tranquility.

On tieba rumor has it that Tiancity is banning more accounts with more permanent bans than they used to do, probably to reduce the amount they will have to refund in case of a transfer/closure. I think data tells more than words.
从TC的封神榜很容易获取到这些信息。但是TC的封神榜只能查到最近37000次封号的数据，到2016年1月为止。
It is pretty easy to crawl the data from http://service.tiancity.com/GB/Block/EVE. Unfortunately, they only keep the latest 37000 records, and the earliest record is in Jan 2016.

There are mainly 3 types of ban on Serenity, 30 days, 180 days and permanent, while other types of ban make up less than 1% of the total.
2018年4-5月的永封率高于过去两年内的任何月份。The percentages of permanent ban in April and May 2018 are higher than that of any month in the past 2 years.
Edit: on the last day of May, Tiancity issued 89 30-day bans, 18 180-day bans and 153 permanent bans. That makes more than 2000 bans issued in May. Haven’t updated the graphs yet.
Edit: updated the graph for data of June 30th. The number of bans issued hit a record low for the past 30 months.

Rumors say that the plex price on Serenity is dropping as a result of recent massive bans. It might be true after checking https://www.ceve-market.org/home/.

Tencent is always p2w, you can even buy VIP to vote kick any opponent in most of their games. Imagine this happening in eve online
Some are arguing Omega status is already p2w on tranquility. You can use better skills and all modules, composing better fits or flying capitals.
but there are boundaries. Omega is how eve is supposed to be. CCP survives on subscription instead of p2w items. Plus you can earn omega if you really don’t want to spend a dime. But tencent will sell you direct p2w stuffs, such as 100 usd for 40 rounds super ak47 in their version of counter strike (plus you have to spend real money to buy body armor, helmets, magazines, anti-flash&smoke-screen goggles and etc). That’s the level of ridiculousness of tencent.

In the past few days, there had been a number of posts on tieba complaining about server stability and alleging that Tiancity is already downgrading servers. On eve-offline the daily peak had dropped from around 7800 to 6600. That is kind of drastic considering that Tiancity had only banned 307 accounts between June 1 and June 12. One of the posts mentioned a “server is delayed” notice like https://www.reddit.com/r/Eve/comments/48axzu/server_is_delayed/
Tiancity, while very transparent on the list of bans, is not so transparent on server issues.
I bet we will see the future publisher soon. All I had is merely a wish.
I hope CCP finds a publisher that is good enough to make both Serenity and Tranquility a better place for Chinese players.

Yesterday 19:00 UTC (03:00 Chinese time), Serenity had an unscheduled downtime of 14 hours. And in Tiancity’s news post they are actually citing “需要对登录系统的异常情况进行排查与修复” (fixing login issues) as their reason for extended unscheduled downtime, instead of usual placeholder"对服务器及网络进行优化与调整" (improving servers and networks).
The Serenity version number stayed unchanged as 14.08.1294344 though.
I had never seen such a long unscheduled downtime in history of Serenity.
The Chinese version of Guristas and Blood Raiders logo had been changed, probably because the censorship hates skulls. As shown on hoboleaks.space:
