Get no Redemption List for last of 16 days gift today

Greetings
I get no page option for the 16th Anniversary gift claim page for today the last day. I have claimed the gifts for 15 days straight now… was urgently waiting for the last day…today.
The list didn’t appear at sign in, and the bottom left button above the time to bring up the list is grayed out
My yesterdays claimed items are in my redeem Items inventory still.
In a chat room within the past hour other people were able to access this list with no problem.
Please advise ASAP Thanks!

This is wrong and a bug or softwear error. On Sunday the 20th I could not claim the last reward …IT WAS LOCKED. This is key on the 20th it was locked!!!
Monday was my 16th day. and Monday Morning I could not access the list.
You are creating terrible PR CRISIS EVENT across EVE because of a " lockout bug or bad program." This will cost Eve many players Alpha and Omega… The 16th day was what everybody was waiting for and Eves reputation will indeed suffer if this is not reversed…
I would like to know the actual numbers of complaints of people being denied the ultimate gift of the 16 day good will campaign. On Monday I was in a chat room and people were accessing 16th day gifts on Monday and I could not. I also learned last night some people accessed their day 16 rewards as early as Friday? Whats that about?
A reconsideration is essential for the goodwill of Eve.
Repeat - I was in a chat room on Monday and people were accessing the 16th day rewards and I could not…and seems now many could not…This was a flaw in the timer … clear, simple, and evident …. or it was intentionally done by somebody. Can you imagine how many days I clicked day 16 in advance hoping it would work? The software locked me and many others OUT on day 16 the big reward and goal day offered across EVE for GOODWILL a priceless… commodity.

You’re mistaking the map for the territory, you’re seeing words and reading them but not understanding the meaning. Going through a person’s post line by line to deconstruct and reinvent their meaning just so that you can prove yourself to be right (in mine and everyone else’s complaint on this thread) speaks volumes about you, and you’re obviously the kind of person who just has to be proven right and have the last word in all exchanges. So go ahead, have your last word and I promise not to respond.
I’ll reserve my responses for someone from the dev team who might actually be able to understand mine and the many others on here, who seem to have the same complaint, after all this is where I was directed by the devs to air my concerns, and it was my hope that it would be they who responded, not someone who appears to gain validation from deconstructing a person’s complaint that isn’t even addressed to them.

The way they advertised this event is completely misleading, you can’t say the events last day is the 20th when you remove the event on that very day blocking people from the event CCP.
This is part of the ■■■■■■■■ response I got from a GM from a mass response:
- The campaign was live from the 2nd of May till the 20th of May 2019. giving players 18 days to claim a total of 16 rewards.
Err no that is not what you advertised at all, 2-20 is 19 days, I say 19 because since people were able to log in on the 2nd and claim a reward it would stand to reason that people would also be able to log in on the 20th and claim a reward. Since CCP knows the reset is 11 EVE Time they should have either advertised it as 2-19 or let people login in the 20th as advertised to claim the reward then remove it on reset on the 21st.

I claimed the gifts every single day for 15 days…on day 16 I was locked out from the grand awaited reward of a New Bro…1,050,000 skill points to really expand into this game and I was all positive…Until This!
This has become a mountain from a molehill…Send us our rewards EVE or extend the contest so all can at least process that Last day and end this controversary and bad PR and bad feelings towards Eve…

Good idea, bad execution. This feels like a scam free to play game where you have to log into the game everyday to keep you playing. you have give people incentive to log in, but making it like this where you get absolute crap for most days and end with 1 million, holy cow that is brutal.

It’s not how I read it…
I read it as if you logged in for 15 days and claimed the Alpha gifts then upgraded you’d be given all the Omega gifts retrospectively with just the final one to collect.
Yet another person feeling cheated by the DT to DT calculation. On my last day of logging in it said 2 days remaining, then after downtime the next day the event disappears. Don’t dangle the carrot of 1 million skillpoints in front of people who have to work overtime over unsocial hours and still manage to log in for all but two of the days and then whip it away because after 11 AM on the 20th it’s no longer the 20th according to your system. If you’re going to run an event like this again give more leeway for claiming the rewards and maybe state the time until which you can claim rewards, as the 2nd to the 20th does not imply DT-DT.

Your read is incorrect. I have been a paying Omega for 2 cycles now but because the learning curve is so steep and expensive I consider myself a NewBro probably for the next year…
So be clear…for 15 days as an OMEGA I claimed gifts every day and on day 16 the final day I could not claim and even tried to claim on sunday also after I claimed the 15th day gifts…and was blocked…on Monday I got no list and the button on the left was grayed out…that was my 16th day.
The sheer number of people with the same issue speaks volumes. As does the canned response from a “customer service” team. I specifically like how they clarified the rules, after the-fact. The ones posted originally were definitely not that precise. Amazing how all this could have been avoided with some precise, clear language about the rules up front. AFTER THE FACT, is not when to clarify a set of expectations…CCP your vague rules duped people into spending money with expectations of a return…set it right!

I was responding to the situation concerning upgrading to Omega part way through the event.
I get that you couldn’t claim the 16th day same as others (for whatever reason)
False…and Im sure you understand how I feel trying to level in this universe of mostly experienced and vested players. and be clear I followed the rules completely. Their timer was in error clearly from their massive complaints.
Eve should fix this immediately before the Eve Player lawyers and PR specialists get involved in this and the competition has an opportunity to use this against Eve in marketing campaigns. The contest was for good will…look where we are…over the best and final gift…knowledge (Skill Points)
How about you sore losers make an effort to log in if you want free stuff .
I did it with days spare
In my case I didn’t have internet for 4 days (not under my control). Also I play on a desktop. My laptop can not run EVE. Yup, I live in the boonies and I wasn’t going to unplug my whole computer drive all the way somewhere and hook everything up so that I could click the button for 5 seconds and then lug everything back home. Sorry that is just not realistic.
But I did log in for 15 days in a row when I could log in, so wow, if I was that dedicated It would have been nice to have a way to get the 16th item. Maybe for example having the items tied to actually doing something but requiring less logins or having the logins on a lower timer.
For example at Christmas time the booster that allowed you to get SP without penalty had a lower than 24 hr timer. So, if you “missed a day” you could make it up with those few hours accumulating (or you could be hardcore and squeeze out an extra booster or 2).
Some people travel to areas where there is no internet. Some people work and get home so late they are tired, who knows. Expecting someone to log in for 16/18 days in a row is pretty ridiculous.
