What does the ‘login [sic] booster’ boost, Attributes ? If so you might want to apply it to the character with the active skill queue, or query the user if there are multiple queues.
I made some testing. I would like to uploud images but forum system tells me ‘no’(“Sorry, new users can not upload images.” new user since 2006, right?).
So, first of all forced boosters must go away. Many players login during the day just for 5 min. to do ‘littel things’ like droping 0.01 ISK in Jita, cheacking they Industry, contracts - those people will loss they booster because it is automatically activated on login. Those players wil not have a chance to use they booster when they come back at evening, after feeding they children’s, and doing all they have to do in they home…
Shortcut ‘The Agency’ on the left side of the screen need to be made more slim. Currentlly it has space for only 1 out of 6 active challanges, and it is randomlly picked without control of the player. We need to have mechanics that allow use to drag and drop challanges(back and forward) we are interested in. Get rid of: giant icon of the ‘viewfinder’ with gives nothing, description, and name of the challange, and left only crucial information “0/1 Site Completed” - I would prefer if desctiption, and name would be writen in popup window if player would point “0/1 Site Completed”.
Entire event window need to have option to make it look smaller(like character sheet window).
Skin as a reward is not bad idea, but if someone can not use that ship, or not planning to use it in the future he would be angy, of smpllly he will not participate in the event. It is obvious that the price that the skin will get will drop dramatically. So I think Skinn as a reward need to be Alpha friendlly, your race friendlly.
Biggest flaw of SCOPE event was that it force players to do new things …for a few minutes… and then players were given ‘new challenge’ that had nothing to do with previous one. Mining is a good example. I mention it because I got a missions to do combat site with Battelship - I have more then 200 m. sp what is the point to buy and fit BS specially to do a combat site that I can do with poorlly fitted corvet?
That is why I think that all players need to be ask what they like to do in game at the beging of the event, and all challenges need to be filltered for them, so that solo-player will not be bombarded with challenges that req fleet to complite, or someone who do not have/use BS get challanges to complite something with that ship.
Flat ‘24’ timers for all missions is to much. In my opinion it would look better if player will get something like 2h after first mission, 4h after second, 8h after third etc.

Some events are stuck and the combat site requirement didn’t count until an hour later. Not sure what’s going on there. It’s supposed to be sites that were scanned down, right?

Instead we were thinking of allowing people to “reroll” their challenges. If you didn’t like the challenge, you can reroll it to try to get a different one. This, of course, would only work in seasons that have more challenges in the pool than active challenges. And it would charge you an ISK fee. More thought needs to go into this before we implement it.
Yes, I can comment on the changes. Data mining is cool, although maybe I’m not supposed to say this, I really love to see people do it. However, not everything you data mine is used.

The auto-booster is given to you when you log in, once per 23 hours. It works for anything you do in the game, not just Agency stuff. However you are correct it is an auto-booster and will not be on the market.
At the moment, it’s just ship speed.
I don’t really want to ever use attributes as a login booster, but I’m not going to say it will never happen. If we ever have login boosters that boost attributes, I want to make sure you control which of your characters gets the booster and when that is applied.
Yeah, we’ve been toying with the idea for about a week now. The tech is there so we want to use it, but that’s a poor excuse to use something that’s not doing what we want.
We are aware, but the system involved is giving us some problems. I hope we’ll have a fix for this by September, but I can’t promise anything yet.

Miner Defense is stuck at 5/5 enemies killed, but no green completion status. Killing more belt rats won’t knock it loose either.
I did a couple expeditions actually. Sooth Sayer, Taisu Magdesh’s Stronghold, and another Serpentis one but I don’t remember the name.

Limiting the reroll for a fee is even more unless The Agency understands the limitation of a new player and charges more from more experienced players who should be able to do more variety of challenges. Say .30 ISK per skill point. Noob with 3.3mil skill points would need to pay only ~1mil isk for reroll challenge they have no chance to succeed but veteran with 120mil skill points would need to pay 40mil to excuse them from the challenge they don’t see convenient. If even more flexibility is wanted it should be pretty easy to use the same shelves as for skill injectors and even raise the cost per skill point in every step.
Other than that I don’t think having cost involved in rewards is bad thing. Either you make the isk to afford the reward you want to have or you invest to the reward you want to put on sale. Only people the loyalty point store model would punish is the ones who now hit on the sites and snipes that last dropping kill/steals the loot. They would actually need to grind the events themselves to accumulate the points. The bonus of that model would be that each player would get the rewards they can make best use of. Veteran players could grind the events for big powerful rewards that has meaningful impact on their gameplay and the newer players would be able to get lesser items they actually could use and make impact on their gameplay.
Obviously the model from last event is great to get PvPers involved to the event. The amount of expensive kill mails & drops and suspects flying around after stealing the mission site loot was quite amazing to watch. But tbh the June event model is likely the least noob friendly out there.

Do not activate rewards automatically. It only turns a reward into an annoyance if the person getting the reward is unable to use it because he just logged in to check something and has to go help the wife in the kitchen. First rule in good game design is to never force a time restricted reward on a player. Let them decide if they want to use it and when.
Keep the rewards with the theme. The Agency, it seems, is an organization rewarding you for killing pirate NPC. Stay with that theme:
A. Increase NPC ISK bounties depending on Agency standing by 5%/10%/15%/20% etc.
B. Boost Scanning skills. Not everyone has them leveled up. Give them a chance to participate by boosting them slightly.
C. Reward faction specific Modules or Agency specific Modules. For example: Agency scanning Probes, NPC faction Ammunition, Agency Ammo.
D. Reward Blueprints.
That is all.
