There is one scenario I couldn’t cover:
3) the non wardeccable non enlisted corporations that have direct enlisted members
Looks like these ones will escape unharmed from the fw civil war, in most cases such people are just famers and at least they don’t awox, if they did awox they would get kicked out of the militia since the direct enlisted relies on your personal standings.
This is where most of the highseccers who have one or two directly enlisted alts fit in, they will escape the civil war. There are also ultra farmy seagulls who make tiny corps and have no stuctures and are only flying unfitted frigates, they will escape.
Corporations that aren’t fully enlisted and also do not have any structures (not war elligible) won’t be wardeced under the FW civil war rule. This rule lets fully enlisted corporations avoid needing an upwell structure.
The fully enlisted will suffter the new wardec rule
today’s already war elligible corporations, since they have anchored structures already, that have members in the militia via direct enlisted will also be attacked under the new wardec rule
New wardec rule: attackers don’t have to anchor an upwell if their corporations are fully enlisted in any of the militias, however they use the new rule to attack the corporations under the scenarios 1 and 2
Got kicked out of the militia for killing these, they are the farmy corp of the most famous awozer in the minmatar warzone. I couldn’t find a solution to wardec this corp, right now it is fully enlisted, but if the Factional Civil War goes through then he can just drop the corp from militia and direct enlist each one of his alts and continue his agressive unfitted Atron farming.
Maybe someone will come up with an idea about how to wardec farmy unfitted seaguls like this without harming the highseccer newbro trying out FW who just want to fend off Guristas and Angels.
