So if I am reading the comments and the information properly, there will NOT be a normal Fanfest in Reykjavik in 2019.

Correct. We announced at EVE Vegas last year, I believe, that we wanted to stir things a little bit and do something different in 2019. The plan being to use the resources and time that go into Fanfest and boost regional events around the world and even host a couple more of our own in new places. Harpa Convention Center in Reykjavik is booked for Fanfest in 2020.
Fanfest HOME is just a fun little extra in the 2019 plan 
Still no answers about the Deluxe Home Version of CCP’s CCP Games Games, though.
