Fast align module

You cannot have high risk and low inflation at the same time

When people stop playing for any reason, the stuff they accumulated leaves the economy. Especially in the case of death.

Your IRL suff would be inherited but in EVE for the most part it seems its in the account never to be used by anyone else. For example when CCP calculates the ISK supply they do not coun the ISK in inactive players and corps afaik. So all of the stuff that is produced in EVE also gets destroyed by default.

On top of this there are new players joining every day, so even if nothing would ever get destroyed there would always be demand for items as long as new players come. But now we are getting off-topic.

The quarterly economic reports are exactly that: quarterly.
If you haven’t bought, sold, earned a bounty in that quarter, then you won’t be reflected in that quarter’s economic activity report.

That’s not what happened when I left EVE.

I fully intend to have an unfortunate boating accident where my assets are unfortunately lost overboard prior to my death.

I am the industrialist in my alliance, trust me when I say that destruction is good for business. Destruction is great! I wish more things got destroyed. My profit margins widen the more fleets get whelped.

Destruction is not good for the consumer that has to deal with the increased demand though. They are ones paying more, that is true…BUT it’s also not inflation. People ratting makes inflation, people running homefronts makes inflation. Sales Taxes and Broker fees combat that inflation.

Anyways we should prob get back to why we don’t need more fast align modules.

I am curious about this tbh.

A new propulsion module that lowers align time to like 2 seconds seems like a good idea

To me it sounds like a terribly bad idea.

However, I don’t think it’s worth taking the time to explain this to you Bakster, as you have shown you stubbornly keep repeating bad suggestions even after the downsides have been thoroughly explained to you and thus are not open for other ideas than your own.

Your previous bio “ideas are my own” was much more fitting in that context than your new bio “ideas are not mine”, because you seem to stick to only your own ideas no matter how terrible they are.

Give him his 2 sec alinement time as you have to be under that to get away anyway.

This was a <2s ship. You have to be <1s to be uncatchable.

Not how it worked for me? Uncatchable at 1.9. Never got caught except for a glitch or being to drunk and baiting gankers to catch me. Not a good combo…

You just haven’t run into a <2s gate camp then. Glad I tanked it too.
