February 2020 Release - General Feedback

Like many things in EVE. You can MAKE PvP boring. Many alliances do. Boring is safe.

OK. Well where is your space? I am not one for killboard linking to prove a point or anything, but you are the one who made it about your own playstyle.

We fought 20 against 200 and still pulled wins sometimes. It was just as boring as the usual 200 vs 200.
There is no way to make it fun. It’s a fundamentally boring system. I’d literally rather mine that win another 20 vs 200, because it is less boring.

…as all ganktards who have found that ganktarding became safe in nullsec during Derpout were saying, yet it’s the safety of ganktarding that got them out of their jita undock comfort zone.

OPSEC.

Still claim that anyone crying about not finding fights is a moron, and anyone crying about how ā€œ3rd party softwareā€ can prevent pvp is a double moron.
No amount of 3rd party software stopped Olmeca, and he’s as far from genius as one can be.

ccp should read FEEDBACK
but if u hide the negative FEEDBACK that explains y ccp continues to release ā€˜Sabotages’

If everyone would just follow the forum rules there wouldn’t be any need for moderators; but since you and many others can’t seem to do so, then you give us little choice but to correct it or hide/remove it entirely.

Nothing wrong with voicing your negative feedback as long as it’s done in a constructive way, which as far as I’ve seen you have yet to do.

Haha, coward.
Where is your oh so dangerous space?

Cheap filaments are a good thing, unless you don’t want to PvP ever, and believe that hitting F1 on a mining laser is more exciting than doing it in a fleet. (Not the most exciting PvP out there, better than mining though) Which appears to be your only experience with PvP.

Maybe you should try a small fleet, but that would mean doing something different and it’s scary out of your comfort zone.

Go back to high sec; mine veldspar, the price should be improving.

Once again, OPSEC.

Explained already why they are bad. The problem is your inability to read.

fukstupidaments have nothing, literally nothing to do with pvp.
If you wanted to roam into me, that’s like less than two dozen jumps from jita.
No gatecamps on the way, because we’re straight, and gatecamping isn’t.
But trash that is averse to even such minimal effort still goes into filaments.
Then they just go for the barges, and run away like non-pvping chickens they are from any sort of combat response. Literally no contribution to pvp, just ganktarding.

I didn’t believe it, so like I said, I tried a full pvp alliance for 3 months. A few pages on killboard every week of it, and you won’t believe how incredibly boring it was. Nothing in eve bored me as much as that.

Tried that a bazillion time, would not do it again unless absolutely have to, it’s mind-numbingly boring.

That, or super in a bloc. CCP doesn’t leave me much of a choice.

ROFLMAO - ā€˜real PvPer’
Using an expression like ā€œGanktardā€ is something only a powerless victim would do.

Not liking a very accurate description of a coward who would actively avoid any sort of pvp while pretending to be a pvper is a sure trait of a ganktard.

Can’t we all just get along and celebrate the death of the red dot?

What do you mean? I still have the red dots. Actually it’s even worse now … The items are not being added on bottom nor to the top of the inventory. Now you have :red_circle: shown, but you have to scroll down in order to find your item.

Yeah… my fav part is when you’re in a ship, docked up, and put something in your cargo hold, then you undock, and hey!! you’ve got new items in ya cargo hold!! :expressionless: It is certainly not ideal, CCP pls fix.

Cypr3ss.

:red_circle: This god damn chime sound and the tooltip for every single item I put in my cargo are getting more and more on my nerves.

Returning player here and it’s just disappointing to see with the string of changes like these how the sandbox has been shrunk down to squeeze out everyone but the high skill PVP and PVE combat crowd. I know they yell the loudest, but the magic of Eve used to be the depth and complexity of all levels and types of players and the emergent society that developed. Now that is quickly disappearing in favor of just another space shooter. As a returning industrialist I now have to eithier leave Eve or go join a null sec corp to enjoy the game and new industrial players are only left with the first option.

You can remove the inventory shortcut from the neocom now, which will make the notifications go away. It seems I posted too soon though, because it comes back every time you log in :frowning:

:red_circle: That red dot is now even more annoying than before. In addition to the inconsistent behavior when it shows up, it also does not disappear when I use ā€œStack Allā€. I now have to look through my cargo to get rid of that dot and badge in the sidebar. Glorious!

:red_circle: When will CCP expand on the Mining Ledger to allow it to track more than just moon mining?

:red_circle: I wish CCP would finally fix transparency so that it does not applies when it is turned off. This search bar is barely visible in the hangar and any other bright environment. The side bar is transparent but any other window is not. This has been the case for ages and it is very annoying.

grafik

It does. From the beginning.

Have you tried pinning and unpinning the windows?

Do you even play the game?
