changing the UI to 100% isnt really an option on a 4K screen because it makes everything REALLY small. only half of the items being selected is a real pain when your moving a lot of stuff around

:red_circle: The newly designed log off notification popup does not adhere to the chosen UI color scheme.

Yeah, I’ve bug reported it. It’s not just the red dot’s, it’s also the notification on the side bar. That should also be disabled if button blink is also disabled.

oh hey, back to the red dots/ruination of our inventory system after the ruination of our chat system 23 months ago:

If you drag a stack of say 5 MTUs and hold shift and let go and type 2 and try to make a stack of 2 and 3… instead of 2 and 3, your new stacks will say (in my experience the past few days) “2 and 5”.

If you try to re-split the stack of 5, you’ll get an error message. But you have to leave that can/hangar and come back to it and/or close and re-open inventory and/or stack all… before the numbers correct.

This is absolute madness, CCP. Why ruin an inventory system that was worked fairly well for 16 years?

If you delete a ship contract you just posted, then attempt to place an item into the cargo hold, you receive a “Can’t do that to a mission container” error. Undock/redock will refresh inventory and then allow addition of items into that ship’s hold.

Newbro here, been playing EVE since late January 2020. That is, I still got to play a week or so before the red dots were implemented, and even I hate them.

It’s not that they are bad per se, I can see how they might have been meant to be helpful. In my first few days I certainly did have to ask “where is my stuff?” at least a few times in chat. Thankfully my default corp has been very helpful and I soon got the hang of it.

That said, even with the best amount of goodwill I have to conclude that the implementation is broken. For instance, when I buy an item remotely, the first time I dock at the station, I have about a 50/50 chance of seeing a red dot informing me of the new items waiting for me in my hangar. However, once I put them in my cargo and leave the station, I get a red dot EVERY SINGLE TIME.

That just doesn’t make much sense to me. Of course I know those items are there, I JUST PUT THEM THERE. I’d rather see the red dot reliably when entering a station that has items that weren’t there before, but when I took direct action it sure feels kinda redundant.

Ship Hanger glitch in station overview, when you leave your ship, 2 or more pod icons appear instead of 1 and your ship you just left is incorrectly displayed as a pod, in the inventory screen the ship still shows correctly, this resets if you undock and dock again. I have a video of this effect, if anybody needs it.

Opening the legacy star map causes lag and disconnects.
Is made worse when changing star colouration to different types.

I have a sporadic issue where I cannot drag & drop things (usernames, items, etc.) to the bottom of the screen. This is particularly annoying because that’s where my chat is located, and it prevents me from linking things in chat.

I’m on MacOS FWIW. Thanks

One would hope that when a game’s newest market feature is largely unusable due to bugs introduced by a patch, their would be a mechanism in which players could receive updates on the situation in order to know when to resume using said feature.

I’m not a fan of the rising culture of blaming CCP for everything and complaining about the smallest of issues. One thing they really ought to figure out however is how to better communicate with players in a more forthright and consistent manner, at least as it pertains to problems that make the game temporarily unplayable within the framework of a specific gameplay style.

Over a week later, HyperNet filters still don’t work or only work intermittently, rendering the whole system unsafe/unreliable to use. Very eager to see this addressed, or at the very least receive some kind of communication on the issue.

:red_circle: Cool. Now the dscan is glitchy, freezes the game when you press the dscan button, causes rubber banding and does not load for seconds. Awesome!

If you click at a linked fitting in chat you have now this:

A question for the devs…why on earth did you make any new items in the ship cargo / station…automatically move to the top…when it always went to the end… My personal favourite…watching the Project Discovery reward boxes appear at the top of the list…then when you open them…the skins go…somewhere else… Having to stack all to see where stuff is supposed to be is not helpful…at all… Turn this half-arsed feature off please…
