@Yonna_Leczarovitz - My character is not a new toon, my main has been in game many years and I have tried many things, I just , for some reason, find myself getting bored quickly and moving out of that corp in search of what (I think) I am looking for, but then it doesn’t work out in the new place and so rinse and repeat.
Moving away from my thread onto the issue you are having for a second, I do think that there are corps out there for new players that don’t use them as meat shield and are beneficial, I’ve even helped new players myself on occasion where I can, so don’t reject all corporations based on your experience with PH.
I may end up even trying to create that experience myself, but I didn’t want to start my own corp with a mindset that may well be negative for anyone that would potentially join it.
