Fixing Market Monopoly

I think you havent been able to clearly define a problem, thats why its hard to see your point of view. Its probably a language barrier thing.

Yes. You have the remaining 49% of players on your side. Odds are good you may win.

You do. You have the choice to use the player citadel or the npc market.

It’s not CCPs fault that players dont want to compete and spend isk to build and maintain another citadel.

I mean, you dont want to spend money and effort. And you’re angry other players dont spend money and effort. And then blame CCP.

Okay.

And rightly so, as most earned their T2BPO’s. Unless they were of course part of B.O.B.

There is no problem in the gameplay, it works just as intended for an MMO sandbox. As you said there is almost half of eves null population behind the perimeter keepstar, they own it, you can do something about it in-game. BUT DO NOT ASK FOR CCP TO CHANGE IT, if you are so bad in-game that you cant do it yourself.

As I see it, most of your points can be summed up in this mockery statement: “CCP, please! I’m bad at this multiplayer game and I’m losing it to a group that plays together, please, please, please change the mechanics so that I wouldn’t feel like a loser anymore, even if I’m not playing with others in a multiplayer game.”

You have to realize that at its core EVE is a ruthless game, where extortion, coercion, deprivation, blackmailing, greed, manipulation, deal making and all the rest of the nice things are what makes EVEs heart beat. They enable players to organize and form coalitions that almost work like small countries or oligarchies, some of the players could be considered as nobles, some as citizens, some serfs and some as total waste of space. You seem to fall to the serfdom category, where you have no say over the owners of the land you try to sow. That is CCPs fault, as that is what they intended to happen to players who play like you do. If you want to upgrade your gameplay, stop playing the role of a serf, don’t ask ccp to do it for you.

Please tell me how I manage to make lots of ISK trading in regular stations regardless of citadels? You talk ■■■■■■■■.

When you start to offend other people use your main char.
I play the game for 10+ years and i try it all.
You are not the person to tell how good or bad i’m in the game.

Who is if not your peers?

I trade and I don’t use citadels, and yet I’m still able to make plenty of profit. It’s magic!

Its not my problem if you cant handle objective truth. It was not my personal opinion, just objective facts based on your posting on this thread.

As a little fish, i use both npc and player owned. Tbh, i don’t want the stress and politics of running my own for a slim margin. I’m perfectly content ganking economics my own way as trivial as the effects are atm. I would probably think alot differently if i found myself living somewhere in null…

With that said, this thread reveals alot for me at least. And it’s not the tax rates lol.

you will always have whinners.

Not sure if typo or pun.

As for the subject, I trade in both NPC stations and Citadels; I make a profit either way.

typun best mistroke !

edit : as for the subject, being over cautionus I don’t trade nor even consider trading in player structure that can be changed the tax value at will.
I already am limited more by my industry sloths than the broker fleas, to make my margin butter would require more industrial toons, not to move to another place. (Actually moving industry system could help a lot)
