That’s what i was thinking about second way: make bumping fully work only with yellow-red SS. Else bumping only affects your ship: you bump away from other object and other object is not affected at all?
This way stations and other static objects will still be objects which you cannot get inside but bumping on purpose will be affected.
Mechanically speaking this system does not make any sense but lore-wise ship can do anti-bump automatically to prevent going suspect, blah-blah…
