A suicide-gank encompasses more than the few seconds it takes for the gank fleet to land on top of you and dunk you.
You lost your ship the moment you failed to see the signs that a gank was incoming, such as local red flashy spike or probes on d-scan.
The failure is yours and you have to own up to it!

There are actually, fully grown, human adults playing this game and getting triggered, making real life analogies to literal WAR over some spaceship pixels in a video game. I’d say I can’t believe it, but carebearism is forever.

Nobody is trying to get anybody mad. If anything we’re trying to stop this toxic mentality at its source so CCP will stop removing content every patch.

You write a lot of nonsense and projection, but in that mess you do actually articulate what is going on here. Eve is a game of loss and consequence, and obviously if players had to give consent to every loss, such a game wouldn’t work. So the devs built a game where nowhere is safe, and you can’t opt out of PvP, which breathes life and meaning into actions in the virtual world.
Highsec crime could use some work sure, much like so many other parts of the game, but it’s a pretty blinkered view of the game to belittle other players for playing the game as intended and designed. Intimidation, ganging up on, and ambushing other unware players - these are all reasonable strategies to gain power in an open-world sandbox game. They are just space pixels and this is just a video game that people play in many ways, for many reasons, and many don’t attach nearly the value you do to these imaginary items and love to watch them explode. Or some place even more value on them, hence their strong motivation to take space wealth from the other players by force!
Meh, enough of this. Believe whatever gets you through the night my friend!
OP, play the game as you want. There are more optimal and less optimal ways to the play the game to get to certain goals, but none of them are “wrong”. Everyone is the hero of their own story but also remember to not lose yourself in these delusions of grandeur you have conjured up for yourself. You are a playing a silly video game and are not Ghandi or anything, just like the dude who likes to login to stalk/intimidate/prey on miners after work isn’t a serial killer. You are just both playing in an imaginary world, entertaining yourself in your efforts towards whatever purpose you set yourselves.
But congrats on the 200 post thread I guess. You’d think this topic would have had enough words spilled on it during the last 17 years, but clearly not.

Explain how. Because I actually hang out with them in their comms and Discord servers and they’re just normal people with normal lives who blow stuff up in a video game.
