You seem to be bad at math. Or logic. Probably both.
Oh noez, 367 kills in freaking 7 days in more than a thousand HighSec systems? That seems to be a huge problem. Oh wait. It’s a non-problem. That isn’t even half a kill per day on average per system. And since lots of those kills do happen in a handful of well-known hotspots, you can probably play for months in a row without ever even seeing a ganker. And tenthousands of ships traveling safely all around HS each day are the living proof that HS isn’t even remotely dangerous. Open your eyes, use your scanner, be ready to warp if a bunch of typical ganking ships appear on Dscan. And you won’t lose a ship in months. Maybe years. Been there, done that. From Epic Arcs through L4 Missionrunning, Icemining, Roidmining, Anomalies, hunting for Escalations, Abyssalrunning. All to a degree that I can actually judge the difficulty and dangers of these activities pretty well. I am basically what you could call an Highsec Expert. I even did a few ganks, stopped a few ganks. Talked to some gankers, learned how they plan, hunt and operate. And I can tell you: HS is safe. Don’t be stupid, don’t be lazy and you have to be very unlucky to end up as a killmail.
Your fearmongering about ganking is far worse for the game than ganking could ever be.
Just take the L again please and take my wonderfully quoted advice here for your convenience. You’ve been proven wrong a third time with data and you just won’t stop. You look silly now.
You showed no “data” that would prove even the existence of any problem. You just believe there is a problem. But there isn’t. HS isn’t meant to be 100% safe. You should be killable if you mess up. And all those on the zKillboard have made multiple mistakes prior to the kill, leading to their killmail in the end. Nothing to worry about, they can learn from it and get better. Working as intended.

mmmhmmm changing what you’re saying again… sigh
