Ganking has gone too far

Actually, mining permits from code don’t work. It’s been shown that code griefers have killed miners who had permits displayed in their bio.

However, the bigger reason why nobody buys permits from code is that all of the other gankers/griefers are just as, or more, actively ganking. You can’t possibly pay off all of the countless groups / single players that like to gank randomly.

What you CAN do, is mine in a ship with more tank, like a procurer, instead of a retriever. Have the orca that you’re teamed up use a shield-boost command burst as well as a mining boost. And the biggest response is to pay attention. Watch out for the bad guys and warn your friends when they pop in.

The biggest killer of mining ships is not griefers, but Netflix. Instead of watching a movie while AFK mining, do something where you can keep an eye on your ship.

Technically speaking, getting ganked is a violation of the terms and conditions that come with the permit; if you follow the code you should never be in that situation. :expressionless:

Good call, code compliant too :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s genius, the whole thing is written in such a way that no matter the situation, they can always claim victory.

More like Faptube but yeah. Better yet don’t go afk at all.

Creditors making game design decisions, ay?

Ganking is a noob friendly activity, CCP looked into it and came to the same conclusion. You need to get over it.

You keep saying this, yet there’s little or no evidence of it.

Provide some or STFU or GTFO.

CCP had a simple business plan. it will make the framework, users will endlessly fight it and ccp will just sit quietly and collect money from the monthly subscription. Today’s weather has changed and today’s gamer need more. So this PVP that is left out is no longer sufficient pay of for cold drives and ccp has remained in debt.

P.S. you are so clever so find number for yourself, I found nubers on ccp financial statement and I woud not give it to you, eat yourself :sunglasses:

LOL, I believe we can all safely ignore the angsty 12 year old SJW from now on…

You’re the one making the claim, the onus of proof is therefore on you.

There doesn’t appear to be a publicly available copy or analysis of their 2017 financial report; if you have access to it then kindly share, but in 2016 they reported record revenue…

CCP just released its financials for 2016. The company grew revenues by 31% and posted a record year of roughly $86 million in revenues with EBIDTA of $39 million and profits of $20.7 million. This means the company has around $260,000 in revenue per each of their 330 employees.

Ya go on tellin’ us how CCP’s outta money. Come on, sweety. We all know ya’rr a lyin’ ■■■■■ so what’s the ■■■■■■■ point of keepin’ such a charade up in the first place?

And now she won’t respond anymore until this 's far up enough so no one remembers anymore. What a ■■■■■■■ ■■■■■.

  1. was one-time-wonder forced financial year planed to sell ccp, but Investors were seen through ccp blef and planed sale ( for 950 kk$ ) did not happen

You’ll be suprise how financial situation changed after that year ( hint: ccp fired everybody and his dog ) debits has come and all goodwill went down the drain

Nope, one of the shareholders put their shares up for sale. This is not the same as the company being up for sale.

For one who claims to know stuff you’re as ignorant as pigshit, and twice as nasty.

Why is it you can go around living in high-sec and never have any consequences while the rest of us have them? How is it balanced that you lose nothing and we lose everything?

The moment you start losing something like the rest of us, then it’s not fair? Again, stop posting. Please.

Children also demand the ability to openly disrupt the activities of others without consequence, crying when authority figures slap them on the wrist. Attitude.

Consequences to living in High Sec as part of an NPC Corp (No Wars):

Reduced income potential across all systems and activities.
Reduced income due to increased taxes.
Daily threats from High sec gankers such as code, marmite, and pirat who use disposable suicide style ships to negate losses.
Harassment and labeling as a “carebear”.
Inability to engage in open hostilities, because a person who lives in High Sec needs to maintain their security status, unlike someone who travels in and out of high sec.

But the arrogant types can only understand “consequences” that appear in the form of a killmail.

You lose everything LOL.

Heres a run down of Null sec where you “lose everything”

Rorqual given INFINITE hit point module so no matter how much is thrown at it it cant be killed for a fixed amount of time.
Null sec packed full of renters who upon investigation tend to be botters. Also those Null corps are never held accountable for those botters.
Game breaking and immersion breaking “asset safety” so your items just wooosh away IF there is actually a fight and you lose something. In fact this mechanic is so horrible they wont even try it in wormholes.
Alliances with almost infinite members so it is seen that almost entire regions of EvE are “blue donuts” and if that isn’t bad enough CCP allows programs that are used to warn people if a enemy even gets close to their system.
Compliance by CCP to allow programs they know they shouldn’t which give an unreasonable ability to farm in safety in Null that promote botting.
Increased extraction of minerals, and top end PVM with little to no risk.

I don’t know in what reality you say people in Null “risk everything” but lets face, those are just “Null tears” and a complete lie. Much like the lie CSM does anything to help EvE.
Time to save some money CCP and drop it.
