Good point. Also the timer doesn’t have enough consequences. Should do away with it altogether or improve its effect in the game imo.

It is possible but not probable.
Alternatively, we could ask (by a vote system, or alike) CCP to turn some 0.6/0.7 systems to 0.5, let’s say to increase more pvp activity and risk/reward opportunities.
