What kind of actions take most of your time as GMs?
Do you have any fun stories of situations you encountered as GMs?
What are your thoughts on reimbursements? I all too often hear people who ask for reimbursements of ships lost through mistakes they made and risks they took, doesn’t reimbursing such ships go against the idea of this game?
Since we’re allowed to RMT now (if you’re an influencer), I was wondering what other game breaking rules I can break ingame (asking for a friend)?
Is there any plan to fix character portraits, which are being autocropped in profiles? Is CCP even aware of the issue?
Is any player feedback and ideas thread read by the team at FC?
Would be nice to see acknowledgement in any of those threads if the roadmaps intersect player ideas+feedback. Even if the changes down the pipeline are different and details cannot be shared.
If you look at the question differently it’s about FC interacting with the community on it’s own forum and not only reddit and discord where all content is hidden from the public and search engines.
Just a hypothetical thought experiment:
Should the rules apply equally to everyone or for example a streamer who provides more exposure for EVE on social media is okay to receive preferential treatment and softer punishment for instant perma ban offenses because the devs only care about their bottom line instead of moral integrity and equal treatment of every player?

First, I must say thanks for your work for the community.
I have a lot of questions but I will try to make short with four:
First. EVE have a lot of story that we miss. Deep lore in PVE missions and artifacts (Please, fix KOSMOS missions and allow people to restart them). Of course, in a game that evolves and moves, you cannot ask to have all the lore and events avaliable for everyone to do, but I feel that in my years in the game, there’s a lot of open strings.
Talocan; Yan Jung; Takmahl… will be able to see more of these lost empires/factions and even get BPCs of their ships?
And speaking of ships… Would be posible that some HULLS, not the stats, but hulls from Serenity server make their way to Tranquility?
Second. I wanted to write a proposal about this, but I think I can ask too in form of question too. Lots of Space Sci-fi media (Games, Manga & Comic, Series, Movies,…) have Megastructures made by different civilizations. I’m not speaking of a great base, but something alongside the lines of a Dyson Sphere, a huge base inside an asteroid, a space shipyard; etc… EVE Lore even talk about Iapetan Titans and more… Would be able someday to fly not only around these structures/ships, but INSIDE too without docking, like some kind of new exploration sites?
The third question. EVE is dying, but I didn’t found the hair dye I’m looking for. When you will update the character creator to allow more hair styles, hair and eye colours; prosthetics; clothes and more without being limited by the faction you choose? Some empires have hairstyles that cannot be choosen by others. And we’re supposed to be in the future, at least I can dye my hair pink, or lilac.
And fourth, in a more jovial tone. You have the power to bring one thing (Ship, race, technology; weapon class; etc…) from a videogame/manga/film/etc… into EVE. You have all permissions and there’s no problem in doing it even if don’t make sense (Space Pikachu; Tyranids; LEGO Ships; Flying Cows, the Eagle-5 from Spaceballs, etc…). What you will choose?
The Triglavian Story Arc needs attention:
When is 1. The counterattack into Pochven (or part thereof); 2. The discovery of Pochven space; 3. The invasion or attack into Triglavian space.
This does not have to be linear - we could discover the route into Trig space and launch an attack anyway. Yes, capsuleers might still defend the trigs. Check.
Time to fill out the EDENCOM ship tree that would be reflective of an active R&D program.

As Mike mentioned above, we might not ask questions that are out of scope if we knew what topics to constructively engage the GM’s with?
I know the GMs are different people but why do the experiences with support tickets seem to vary based on who you get?
Way back in the day before there was asset safety I was told by corpmates that GMs would move capitals out of hostile stations if you sent in a support ticket. That didn’t happen. If anything they seem to laugh at the suggestion.
Once again back in the day before there’s was an aggression timer in the top-left of the UI, I was playing stations games with my carrier and was in weapons timer (aggress’d) but I pulled my fighters back into the bay, no offensive mods running and waited out the full 60 seconds. I literally had a watch count the 60 secs, yet the game refused to let me dock and I was subsequently dread-bombed and killed. I asked support to look into it and if possible reimburse my ship - Support wouldn’t even look at the logs or review my ticket and closed the ticket.
Also, way back in the late 2000’s or maybe early 2010’s I was running a Sansha Haven with a sniper-fit Apoc and fighters support with my carrier offgrid on a POS barely outside the bubble. I finished the site and there was no one in system but the site wouldn’t go away. It was just an empty site. I contacted support to see if they could possibly reset it and told me I had to contact technical support. This is paraphrasing but technical literally replied, “Why are you messaging us?” and I got no other assistance. The site eventually did reset but I think someone else had to send in a support ticket to get it done.
I’ve had other tickets where they’ve gone over swimmingly but with others it seems like support doesn’t even want to investigate.
