You need to see this then:
Large EMP Smartbomb ll
Radiates an omnidirectional pulse from the ship that causes EM damage to surrounding vessels.
Are you swarmed by enemy drones?, Are those pesky frigate’s under your guns?. Try the improved EMP ll smartbomb…when you absolutely have to kill everything in a 6000m radius accept no substitute!
WARNING : Accidental discharge Can result in CONCORD interference and or destruction of FRIENDLY forces Use at your own risk!.
Fedo
Commonly referred to as the “Space cow” (insert current description after)
Genolution ‘Auroral’ AU-79
This implant allows the bearer to operate the Genolution ‘Auroral’ 197-variant capsule instead of the standard capsule. Generally used by the Amarr this is to remind the crew in the now burning vessel that the Capsuleer could afford to save them, but won’t.
Kestrel
[Lore sourced from Frigates of EVE book]
Current Description
The Kestrel is a heavy missile boat with one of the most sophisticated sensor arrays around. Interestingly enough, it has been used by both the Caldari Navy and several wealthy trade corporations as a cargo-hauling vessel. It is one of few trading vessels with good punching power, making it ideal for solo trade-runs in dangerous areas. The Kestrel was designed so that it could take up to four missile launchers but as a result it can not be equipped with turret weapons nor with mining lasers.
Submission Description
The Kestrel is many things, to name a few - To the upstart mercenary? A ship that’s their ticket to wealth and fame. To the ruthless pirate? A ship perfect for raiding, with a cargo bay that has ample space for ill gotten gains. To the ambitious trader? A stepping stone to their tycoon empire. And to the greenhorn Caldari Navy pilot? A ship worthy of starting their prestigious career with.
The Kestrel is a frigate that dates all the way back to the Caldari secession from the Gallente Federation. Initially designed to be an armored troop transport and supply runner for the Caldari armed forces, the Kestrel would fulfill a more heroic role in the coming Caldari-Gallente conflict as evacuation transport for Caldari citizens threatened by relentless orbital bombardments by the Gallente. Massive flocks of Kestrels would carry millions of survivors all the way to a new homeworld, to a New Caldari Prime.
The kestrel would immediately became an iconic vessel in Caldari culture, it would continue to find use in the newly formed Caldari State, being adopted by the Caldari Navy and given an overhaul to become a weapons platform for rockets and missile systems. The results of this would be a cost-effective, flexible, dependable combat frigate that could punch just as hard as frigates three times more expensive than itself.
Regardless of its fitted for close-range brawling or long-range kiting, the Kestrel is dangerous. Regardless if it’s fit with additional armor plating or shield extenders, the Kestrel will hold together. This variety can keep a pilot’s opponent guessing as to what exactly they got under the hull. They’ll never truely know until the last second when they’re locked in combat with it.
The Kestrel is a frigate that has seen countless engagements in New Eden. It’s a ship that has left its mark all over New Eden. It can even be argued as the personification of what it means to be Caldari. Steadfast, Reliable, Efficient and Functional.
If you’re looking for a frigate to fly into battle with - accept no substitute.
Exequoror
Current Description
In YC114 each major empire faction, having been embroiled in a harrowing, extensive, long-term war, recognized the growing need for support and logistics functionality in their vessels during the kind of protracted interstellar warfare that might otherwise prove exhausting for its participants. Both Frigate and Cruiser-class ships were put under the microscope, and in the Gallente Federation the outcome of the re-evaluation process led, among other developments, to a redesign and redeployment of the Exequror.
The Exequror was a heavy cargo cruiser originally strong enough to defend itself against raiding frigates, though it lacked prowess in heavier combat situations. After its redesign, it had some of that bulk - and, necessarily, some of that strength - yanked out and replaced with the capability to help others in heavy combat situations, in particular those who needed armor repairs.
Submission Description
Originally a heavy cargo ship, the Exequoror was a mainstay of many trade fleets for several years up until YC114, when the venerable design underwent revisions by the Gallente Navy to create a self-sustaining remote armor repair platform with respectable speed and maneuverability. This came at the cost of some of its previous defensive armaments and cargo utility.
Today it serves as a central unit employed in many small engagements by capsuleers across New Eden, able to keep up with and support fast hit and run light cruiser fleets, or maintain the armor integrity of larger, more lumbering vessels in equal measure.
It’s Cargohold, though much diminished from it’s glory days as a trade vessel, is still quite respectable, and has also led to an interesting configuration recently employed by capsuleer organized humanitarian operations, eschewing combat support entirely, in-favor of converting the bays into medical aid centers and maximizing personnel carrying capacity.
In Cash Flow for Capsuleers (2 of 10), there’s a particularly boring description that I’d like to change.
Current Description:
Civilians are a group of people who follow the pursuits of civil life.
Proposed Description:
Civilians are noncombatants who make up the bulk of New Eden’s population. Often overlooked, they perform much of the unglamorous work of keeping civilization running. If in direct contact with a capsuleer, they’re unlikely to be having a good day.
Electrolytes
This conductive liquid is able to carry an electrical current due to its unique ionic properties, making it ideal for use as a reactive coolant, a high-energy fuel, or a transference medium for power plants. Trace historical records also suggest they were once used to supplement beverages. This is widely considered nonsense.
Nanite Repair Paste
A thick, heavy liquid, typically stored in tanks or container systems intended for liquids. It is composed of billions of nanites that can be programmed to repair damaged ship modules on the fly. The paste is simply applied to the damaged area, and the nanites meld into an exact copy of the damaged area, thus effecting repairs upon the module. This is a one-time process, as the nanites use themselves up along with the trace elements mixed into their carrier fluid.
The Repair Paste is generally only used for emergency on-site repairs. It is then recommended to have the damaged components looked at by a certified technician at first opportunity.
Sometimes colloquially referred to as “Matar Toothpaste”.
Spirits
Alcoholic beverages made by distilling a fermented mash of grains. Depending on the region of purchase it is best not to ask too many questions about the equipment used.
Research Component
This component was once used to help construct the first Citadel structures in New Eden. Now, they are highly prized among Gallentean youth who “freecycle” them into a variety of questionable fashion accessories.
Toxic Waste
Waste from various production industries and arms manufacturers can be hazardous to the environment, but instead of dumping it to the void, it can be sold to those who see value in the material.
Quafe Company Ltd has long been plagued by persistent urban legends in regards to toxic waste and the Quafe Zero formula. The company categorically denies all such claims.
Drop
This highly hallucinogenic booster can easily cause temporary dementia. It is commonly poured into a wet rag, which is then laid over, or bound across, sensitive parts of the skin. A practice commonly referred to as “girding the loins”.
Tourists
The need for tasting other cultures and seeing new worlds is unquenchable among the well-off citizens of the universe.
Unfortunately, interstellar tourism was recently found to be the 6th leading cause of death in New Eden. Just behind custodial engineering.
Data Sheets
Complicated data sheets such as these are, ultimately, the entire foundation of New Eden.
This is My Submission
The Damsel:
This is [NAME REDACTED], she is one of the Daughters of the high ranking diplomat [NAME REDACTED] who works for [REFERENCE REDACTED], she is the number one target for “abduction” among pirate organisations that wish to extort money and make some quick ISK, the most notable of these being “Zor” and his mercenary organisation.
As yet no ransom has ever been paid to the persistent pirate as he is consistently thwarted by capsuleer elements, who are working on behalf of various Agencies tasked with “saving” her.
Many modern thinkers have come to the assumption that [NAME REDACTED] is in fact in some sort twisted of relationship with the pirate, Due to the frequency in witch she is “abducted” and subsequently saved.
“Zor” seems un-phased by repeated setbacks leading some to believe that he may in some way compelled against his will to keep “abducting” however these assumptions have not been substantiated. In related news, the independent Gallente Gaming commission has recently taken a small entertainment company to tribunal over the allegation that [NAME REDACTED]s likeness was used to depict a “princess” in the multi-billion unit selling 5-Star rated game “Super Chribba Broz”… the Lead designer of the game “Himlar” vehemently denies these allegations however that are clear similarities that can be drawn.
Litigation is on going.
Current description
The SoCT’s Gnosis-class battlecruiser is typically used as an exploration, research or training vessel and is well equipped for such activities. It is even better prepared, however, to guard such tasks from interruption and sabotage.
Although The Society generally frowns upon violent behavior, extreme (and often, extremely violent) methods are taken to protect its own vessels and the secrets they may carry.
This mission of acquiring, deepening and sharing knowledge is key to the philosophy of the SoCT, and one well-served by the capable and fearsome Gnosis.
Suggested Description
Mainly seen as a power trip by several people and a somewhat capable vessel, even since Alpha clones were given leeway to be more trigger happy via Arms Race, meet the Gnosis-Class Combat Battlecruiser, one of the four ships the Society of Conscious Thought has ever built, with the others being a Shuttle, a Destroyer and a Battleship. This ship’s hull and Core Systems are prepared to handle a wide array of weapon types. The fact that it possesses well-rounded defenses as well does indeed make it quite capable, moreso because one can fit it to perform pretty much any role.
While not as capable of most other vessels, the Gnosis’ main trait is that it is a wildcard kind of ship, one that has so many potential fittings that it makes people think twice before trying to gank it, as it will more than likely have a horde of Drones at its disposal, many weapon possibilities and balanced Shields and Armor, along with equal resistances. Let’s not get started on the full tank baiting strategies out there. With this ship, the possibilities are endless.
While many see it as a potential training vessel before one attains the required know-how to fly bigger ships, bigger is not always better; aside from the above pros, the Gnosis is also quite agile, meaning one whom pilots it has a reasonable chance of getting the Hell out of dodge should the need arise. Of course, it can be tackled, but then again so can other ships. And with the potential all-around traits this ship possesses coupled with the high amount of slots it possesses (six high, medium and low power slots), its agility is actually quite a boon, a nice addition for pilots whom wish to thread at the edge of reason and protect their own interests.
You forgot to include Praxis Battleship in SoCT’s ship line.
thanks, fixing it. I thought there were only three though o.o"
Synthetic Coffee
Given that the coffee bean is hard to source across New Eden this synthetic version has become more common. It smells like Coffee, but given it’s synthetic nature has a rather oily after taste.

First of all i have to let the GM´s know that i am young and need the plex to reach Omega state, just for the sake of being enabled to fight those triglavians at our side of the universe with something better then an Hurricane.
As for the contest here we go
Minning Laser Upgrade I :
Time became an less important factor the moment Mankind reached virtual Immortality thanks to the Clone technology. It was during the times of War where Time became an currency once more. That is why some of New Edens most brilliant Minds came up with an Upgrade for Minning Ships to offer an more solid chain of supplies towards the frontlines. The result of that research is the Minning Laser Upgrade. It can be broadly applied towards any ship that is out there, harvesting the basic ressources for all the needed Items a Capsular needs these days.
You forgot that it makes some people vomit rainbows…
Fedo
Original description :
- The Fedo is an omnivorous, sponge-like creature. It has reddish skin and numerous small claw-like tentacles which it uses to move around and protect itself. A primitive being, the Fedo’s method of eating and absorbing nutrition is slow and inefficient. This means that food stays for a long time in the Fedo’s body, and will most often have rotted or turned foul before the animal passes it out of its system. The Fedos eject fumes from their body which, for the reasons explained above, have a most horrible odor. The Fedos possess a fantastic sense of smell and so use these fumes to communicate with each other; they are however both blind and deaf, having no eyes or ears. The mouth is located on the underside of the beast, and the Fedo feeds by positioning itself over the food and lowering itself down on it.
New description:
- "My colleagues, this specimen is what all true Gallentian scientist strive for!» Gallentian scientis and PhD. K. Harkinyan
Being is a part of Gallential culture, Fedo quickly became one of the most popular galactic home pet. Despite it reddish skin and numerous small claw-like tentacles, well trained Fedo can be a real good babysitter for kids, and awesome companion for some lonesome souls, during long-cold evenings at the quarters.
*obviously reference to MAH BOI meme and joke about Gallentian director who dressed his secretary as Fedo slug and…eerr… spend private times with her.
25000 mm Steel Plate
A huge steel plate with a strength of 25000 mm. This steel plate can be only fitted on capital sized ships. It was designed for only one job: To give a capital ship more survivability under heavy fire. The penalty of this plate is that he adds a lot of mass to your ship and make it less agile and maneuverable. It’s also decrease your speed from propulsion modules. But you will be a rock in the surf.
(Sorry not a native speaker , hope you understand it)
My Second submission
Hull: Drake
Designed meticulously for use on the Caldari front line, the Drake is an exemplary example of Military craftsmanship. Built to reflect the Caldari design philosophy of Missile-born firepower and shield reinforcement. The Hull quickly came to prominence as the go to vessel for any and all Fleet engagements.
Need a fast tackle? Bring a drake
A Tank? Bring a drake
For any other reason bring a drake?
Unfortunately as technology advanced the drake hull fell behind and failed to meet the needs of a modern navy so other more advanced hulls became preferable within many fleet set ups.
The Capsuleer community however, was unwilling to adapt to these changes straight away, with many high Level Fleet commanders being admitted to mental institutions babbling manically “CAN I BRING MY DRAKE?”.
There are also many folk tails in relation to the hull, most notably that should you find a Drake in space, there will most likely be badgers within proximity
Carbon: Building block of life. Readily available in New Eden due to the frequent disassembly of life.

Micro Jump Field Generator
Affectionately known as a “spearfish” or “booshing” moduleThis Module is designed to allow a Command Destroyer to move large fleets at will, in any direction 100Km, without the permission of the Fleet FC.
Other uses include but are not limited to:
- Spearfishing drones away from miners
- The foolish of off station undocks
- (Un)intentionally Relocating Heavy interdiction cruisers 100km away from the Nyx they had pointed
Needles to say, opinions on this module and its ability to be chained by multiple Command destroyer pilots, is split
as an additional note.
add the tagline “A T1 ship of significantly better than you are” to the following frigates.
