You are not elite PvP because you never leave High Sec. Why don’t you go into Null and set up Citadel’s and then run the same gank operations down there that you do in High Sec?
The reason is that no one in your alliance has the brain power to operate or manage Citadels. No one in your alliance has the ability to defend against the Pipe Bomb, Carrier or Titan drops. CODE is not elite PvP.
CODE is just a blob with a low self esteem.
So answer the question again CODE. Why can’t you function in Null space?

I don’t get what you are claiming. In nullsec, our elite PvPing friend there Australian Excellence, wouldn’t have to deal with the faction police or CONCORD and could just roll up and shoot someone. How is that elite at all? It’s pretty much easy-mode PvP with all the challenges of highsec turned off - no ship loss, not NPCs chasing you, no DPS race. Highsec, and all its nuance, is the end game for elite PvP.
As for Citadels, the word on the street is that CODE. is using them everywhere in highsec to stage out of. I am pretty sure it isn’t lack of “brain power” to run a Citadel that is keep elite PvPers like CODE. in highsec. Maybe it has more something to do with their full name - The New Order of Highsec?

In Null the opposite fleet would just roll up on your Citadel and torpedo it from long range, bubble the citadel up so you couldn’t escape along with so much other real Elite PvP that you wouldn’t be able to handle. Like Cyno Drops and Interceptors and so forth.
Trying to hide behind CONCORD as being something that you have deal with really shows any lack of PvP skills at all.
