I had tried searching for one of those Pilots the other day though I came close to the system then chickened out after.

I feel the agents are not very accurate

If the person is not online they might show up in a station or structure but the same can happen if they are online, just as they can show up in space if they are online or if they signed off in space. They can also be on the move so running locators on them again in such case might be necessary to completely track them down. It might be good practice to run a locator on them and a bit later again to see if they move or not.

I need to run missions on other pilots to gain level 4 locator agent access or send some undercover frostpacker out to the location instead of this main Pilot that has all the bells and whistles trained.

Yes only people on my contact list can message my alts and main, however you can mail my CEO alt (this character). That is how I receive complaints about my main stealing their COSMOS mission items and other fun activities. Never gets old when they think the two are different players and their karen complaint will lead to his ban from the corp, which of course never happens. :popcorn: :popcorn: :popcorn:
