Hang in there. Seek out the good people in the game and you’ll get on okay. Despite the fact that there is a fair bit of toxicity in EVE, they really do exist (Mike Azariah / Operation Magic School Bus is a good example of how this manifests).
Having supportive and non-judgemental friends/buddies around you in EVE is definitely one of the things, IMHO, that you need to keep playing and enjoying the game … best ship in EVE? The Friendship.

Like @Gerard_Amatin said correctly above, there are no dumb questions in EVE. I was lurking in one of the help channels the other day and one of the ISDs said iut much more eloquently that I have. They wrote, “All you need to know about this game is that all the pilots fly Titans were once rookies in Corvettes.”
