They are all up there.
There are also several, to improve EVE.
Here, since you are pretending to have ideas, let me show you a specific example.

What specifically are the ideas you have? Just list them right here, you can even cut and paste them from somewhere, since you insist you wrote them elsewhere.
And another issue, why would the CSM need to have ideas of their own?

It’s nice to have gankers coming out in support of more random CONCORD times.
We’ve always supported more random CONCORD times - response in 5-15 minutes.

There is a whole bunch of posts up above with gankers and anti-gankers not supporting random CONCORD times.
It’s very hard to take any kind of discussion with anyone seriously… who has not taken the trouble to inform themselves about the discussion they are trying to join.
