Nothing stopping them making their own content, oh wait …….they did.
It’s true! CCP is even ganking themselves by doing this, because this is the only reason why the volcano on Iceland keeps exploding all the time!
For the uninitiated who think “how is a miniature spaceship going to explode a volcano? lol! rofl!” here is your reality check, you’re welcome:

That mechanic can be used for both, offense and defense. And it works everywhere in the system, not just on gates.
It baffles me that people are hauling 10b+ in freighters through Uedama pipe and do not do this! That would be the first thing I would do if I needed to take my freighter through there. Also works in situations other than hauling as well.
How does this work exactly? Does one pull decrease the response time for one ganker or for all of them on the same grid? Gankers need to pull multiple times to be effective and if you have to do the same defensively then the cost in alts isn’t worth it for the vast majority of the player base.
Yes this is true, but that was not a stone, it was a body.
If you use an alt with a throw-away Corvette to pre-spawn Concord on the gate, then their response time is much faster, since they’re already there and only need to lock.
When you see gankers pull them to other places, it’s to get them off the grid of where they want to gank to get the maximum response time until they lose their ships. Pulling them off the grid does not increase the normal response time; instead, it ensures the response time is not shortened.
Yet to pull enough Concord ships that would require many alts to do so when a freighter gank is in place, more so if you are using catalysts versus say Talos’ or Oracles.
Pulling for single gankers sure but again it takes more accounts and if youre already spending more on accounts theres a plethora of options available that are much easier.
Dafuq is this word salad supposed to mean?
Do you even know how Concord works?
Red Frog and PushX would beg to differ – their entire business model revolves around operating freighters all over Eve, including in high-sec.
If… IF… I ever do move anything & it’s small enough to fit in the cargo I’ll use an inty. I like the stiletto. I wouldn’t port anything over 100mil. Time I’ve got and multiple trips wouldn’t bother me. 99.99% of the time I’m just sitting in station playing the market so never any real reason to haul anything.
Are you sure you’re not taking too much risk there?
Flying with 100 million ISK in an interceptor?
I wish I had the balls to live that dangerously.
Intys are totally safe.
Perfect for small valuable cargo.

You can tank gate guns, you can’t tank Concord.
You do realize that every ship you use in a gank needs its own concord response right? Which is why to pull 5 gankers worth of ships away and reset them you need 5 alts to pull, 10 gankers needed you need 10 alts to pull, etc, etc.
But hey what do I know? ![]()
It’s all deliberate and by design to force players into corps… Ganking advantages, ship nerfing, component nerfing, and their game manipulations have all been geared around it… This game would have been much better off without it, IMO…
Loosing a 3M ship with alts that are only there to die, yeah.. it’s actually very easy to gank now with no real detriment or punishment for such actions.
It’s also stupidly easy not to get ganked in the first place. But, you know, effort and all that.

PvP and it’s effect that players have a better chance in a group makes EVE one of the most social MMOs I know.
I think it’s doing a great job at making EVE a good game.
Maybe try joining a group yourself?
