If you ‘‘must’’ haul 10b in a freighter on high sec trade routes, then pulling CONCORD absolutely makes sense and is cost effective. I’ve never heard of anybody actually doing it, though. I’ve pulled CONCORD myself for smaller hauls.
I always pull CONCORD to the gate in Uedama.

We had to seek out the ganker witch and this search took weeks but we were rewarded with her presence appearing in local where we interviewed her for the position of being our princess.
She had passed our test and the first real gank we had was with her and her friends.
We also found out how to avoid being ganked.
Suggested that everyone should take their time to reach out to her as she knows her stuff.

The key thing for any hauler ( or indeed anyone else ) to remember is that if they have less than about 10K EHP they can be one-shotted…that is to say the ganker only needs one shot to kill them as the ganker has huge alpha DPS. I regularly see people one-shotted by a solo ganker outside Jita, usually flying a Tornado. Amazingly, people leave or arrive at Jita in ships with wafer thin tank…yet carrying hundreds of millions or even billions of ISK worth of stuff. And it’s never their own fault, in their own eyes, when they get ganked.
I make sure all my ships are above the ‘one shot’ limit. Even my Sunesis, which has sub 2 second align time, has an EHP of 17K or so.

The gankers dont need 20 ships anymore. You will get ganked in 1.0 with 3 chars.
It doesnt matter how much ehp your ship has.

That was not a gank. I see no evidence that the LEGION guy lost his ships to Concord. Looks to me like you were either a wardec target or a suspect….neither of which constitute ‘ganking’.

Really? If so, you need to learn how to read zkillboard.
Maybe start by analyzing what happens here consecutively on the zLegion guys and their Cenotaphs. You see freighters get killed and right before you see a Cenotaph being shot down:
Just that zkillboard doesn’t mark a kill as ganked or wartarget is no indication. This mechanic was and is always unreliable. Also you don’t know if Cenotaphs don’t count as a ship type for a gank evaluation or because of only 3-4 ships involved it is not counted as a gank yet. But i mainly suspect it is due to the new and different weapons mechanics that got introduced with the Cenotaph.

What was it about your previous null groups that you disliked?
While in large lines they can be similar, different groups can have different rules and different interactions.

You can’t ‘tank’ the gateguns with a corvette to pull concord to the gate. You could do it with multiple taking into account the first will die without spawning any, but not a lone rookie ship.

Having the best playground in the game. The most profit. The least risk. The most boring gameplay which is why we have such low numbers now after new players discover what’s left of a good game when there forced into null if they want to mine safe? What do they give the game as alphas? Especially now that null hands seem to be tied as to large battles. Maybe because of TD, I don’t know…

I guess what I miss most is when null were the hardest targets. I didn’t need to “grief” players, (not gank, totally different) and punch above my weight limit? Meh, never to return…
