Scanning along the way.
You over estimate how fast you are. Sit down with a timer.
If you calculate exploration in terms of isk/h you are doing EVE wrong⌠Since exploration is not consistent in loot you calculate income in isk per day or even longer. Mainly depends how long your exploration trip takes.
It doesnât take 2+ minutes per jump.
My shipping averages at 6.00au/sec or more?
Takes 30-45 seconds to jump. Takes 15seconds to react on average for all activities including docking or decision making.
Takes 15-30seconds in general goof off time or missing a click because you get up to take a piss.
Etc. Etc.
In the fire service, or marines choose your poison, thereâs a reason slow is smooth and smooth is fast.
No one is really as fast as they think they are. They block out all these little slices of time that add up.
5 seconds to get a drink.
10seconds to look at YouTube videos between jumps but now youâre alt-tabbing bck to click jump.
No one WANTS to play eve like it is Ark or a MOBA, where you cant get away for a second and have to overdrive the whole match.
Like I said sit down and actually time it. Youâll be surprised.
T3Ds are very good at HS combat explo, fit warp speed rigs and youll be zipping around like crazy.
Yeah a one week old noob can do this without dyingâŚeasilyâŚ
Boy who you wanna fool with this?
You cant. Move on.
You appear to be the only person here who hasnt done this.
No why should i?
A lie is a lie and is to be named a lie every time you see itâŚ
I will not igonore it just to have a chilly dayâŚ
No noob can do thisâŚhigh skills and experience â> different storyâŚbut a one week old noob?
NEVERâŚ
Itâs not the warp speeds thatâs slow. Itâs the response time of each person.
If you do an honest time accounting. Say just a cruise around town to see real jump times casual vs. Paying attention.
Huge differences.
Casual jumps. Easily 1-2 min.
No one wants to pay attention 100% of the time. So they donât.
If you were paying attention and jumping max efficiency sure you could say alignment + warp time + session change and be done with it.
Goood luck keeping that up for a year
I just travelled 3 systems, one of which is 92AU. Timed it, 2:53. So on average itâs 1 min per jumps and again that assumes Iâm not actively looking for sites (and possibly finding them) long the way.
So while youâre correct in that a pure isk/h also should include extra time&activities, if you want to be taken serious it does help if you donât bloat your numbers.
I do, itâs part of the reason I (and many others) make more than other people claim is possible.
Siegfried fit looks pretty high end. Was curious its costs but thats irrelevant to how much isk he makes which also seems higher end for the task.
Iâm just interested in promoting more conservative isk/hr estimates.
I guess you also have problems with HS belt rats, those damn frigates, right. 20 of them will kill you for sure⌠if you dont rep, or move, or shoot back, for an hour, right?
Taunting a truth teller will not taunt the truth tellerâŚyou just taunt yourself boyâŚ
This is within the range that I offered. This is a forum where I type from my phone.
Iâm not too interested in scientific scrutiny. I speak in general principles thatâs good enough for here.
15min vs 30 min. Still a big chunk.of.change not xoxouxoxounxoxouxoxountxoxouxoxounxoxouxoxountexoxouxoxounxoxouxoxountxoxouxoxounxoxouxoxounted
Counted.
I left the big block of garbage to show you what I have to deal.with on my phone.
Constant â â â â â â â typo correction. So thatâs why I donâtget more specific
You arent one though, m8
Over the years Iâve helped many newbies get into combat exploration. Many of them ended up not doing well mostly because lack of effort or braincells, that or they stopped bothering with that play style or the game itself.
The newbies who put in effort always did well (on average). 3/10 are easy to do and pay really well (on average).
