I have , in a ganker system.
It was fun , we advertised safe mining , people joined , gankers attacked us and gankers failed , not one of us had a permit, mind you our mining yield was terrible

I agree with you and even Concord destroying the ship of the attacker is no appropriate answer if the pod of the victim is destroyed too. In this case should be further sanctions like destroying the pod of the ganker too. I wonder if CCP understands, that experiences like that keep many new players from spending money for a full account.
Did you just necro the thread in addition to flagging every post with an answer you don’t like? The flagging system is not to hide posts that make you feel uncomfortable but to report violations of the forum rules.

Some of the points you bring are valid, but the example of a Hulk I think was a bit silly. I mean, I think everyone know those are just money pits for human players

Yeah same for me. I was in belt with my hard earned Mackinew, didnt noticed fast enough there were gankers. It happened so fast i couldnt even react. Sure most of the arguements are right: “U need to check more, press dscan and so on”. The only thing we wanna do i going for belts harvesting, produce something and have a chilling and peacfull playstile. But when u loose a Ship ( and yes i had enough isk to buy one more) in 3 secs because 6 guys absolutly destroys u just for fun, it isnt very funny for the victim. But hey, thats Eve Online. It was since release that way. But for me personally Eve cant gave me the opportunity to play that way i wanted to (solo chilly (mining and Production)) without a coorp and stuff in a safe way. Consequence was quitting the game after 3 Months. If something will change in future i would come back, because the game has potential.

Bro, you def not the voice from the outer world if you can’t even figure out how to solo mine.
on the one hand it was in a 0.9 so that’s kind of harsh, on the other your fit was absolute trash - T1 strip miners with three mining upgrades in the lows and an empty mid slot is bad and one of those times when we point to damage control IIs and go “that would have saved you”
The only reason for T1 strip miner is AFK mining, T2s on a retriever would mine harder if you want 3 mining upgrades in the lows, and if you get ganked then you can shake it off if you have mackinaw level money.
