Yeah, for sure; I was just saying the Exhumerās overall have enough tank to ward off a single Catalyst. You can hit 50k+ with 3 mining upgrades no problem which gives you effectively max yield which honestly is quite good compared to before the patch.

I am happy a 200+mil ship can now survive a gank from 1 or 2 catalysts They are t2 ships after all.

The killright feature is cumbersome, if you get targeted and shot by gankers, you need to activate manually the kill right, and if you do not, and try to defend yourself, shooting at the gankers, you get popped by CONCORDā¦ from a defensive POV, that is insane, is like you have no rights to carry a gun and use it whilst at gunpoint because you were supposed to show up at your local police station, whilst at gunpoint, denounce the gankers, and only then you are allowed to shoot back. Obviously that isnāt going to turn out well. If Anyone, not just an Alt, but anyone, could IMMEDIATELY shoot back at the gankers the moment they land a hitā¦ That would dramatically change things, allowing privates to actually provide some protections to miners, if not directly anyone in the Fleet who might be flying a good PVP ship that could at least buy the miners some time to warp off and save its assetsā¦
Killrights activation is by far the biggest issue that has to be corrected if civilans and Pveāers can have a chance of reprisal without having to rely on Concord respond timeā¦
Just a simple change, like automatically decide to make every killrights immediately public to anyone, and activated for everyone, could get things on the right path for a better overall experienceā¦ except for the gankers, of courseā¦ So someone could still decide to sell the killrights, whilst giving the choice to the one who would, to do otherwise.

If someone shoots you, you are always free to defend yourself immediately, as you wish. CONCORD will not interfere (CONCORD will come and kill the gankers, but they will not kill you if you shoot back at a ganker that shoots you).
Killrights are an ability for you (or someone you give the rights access to), to take revenge on the ganker in the next 30 days.

On top of that, many gankers are outlaw status and can be shot at even before they shoot.
This is a terrible idea.
Gankers would just use alts to pop themselves in a rookie ship and clear their killrights every time.

Yeah, except I got concorded in my Rattlesnake for shooting back at a ganker that warp scrambled me,
I scrambled him back , and Concord I went Puff in a 1 Bil shipā¦ If you say soā¦ I donāt believe itās working that wayā¦ based on my experience, that youāre saying, it didnāt work so well in my caseā¦

I think you have a misunderstanding here, because it doesnāt work like that at all.
You should be able to grab the combat log from your computer. If you post it here, Iām sure weāll be able to show you what happened.
But there is no way a ganker started a criminal action against you and you were then CONCORDed for responding. The game has never worked that way and does not work that way.
Also, why do you have your safety set to Red in highsec, especially when flying a Rattlesnake? Set it green.

OK, that makes sense (I personally wish the game would go back to that).
That also rules out pulling the logs. That is years ago, however the game doesnāt work as youāve described and never has.

lol Iād love to see a single Catalyst suicide gank a Hulk in HiSec. Hulks have like 40k EHP now.
CCP has once again buffed the AFK lazy mining playstyle and once again made barges even harder to gank. But weāre gonna keep ganking; you canāt stop us.
