This is not the case.
Entities’ bounty is tied to the type, not to the ss.
The same mission will have the same bounties in -1 and +1 ; though the agent’s rewards are adjusted based on the ss of the agent.
However for other activities than missioning, which entity can spawn can depend on the ss. You won’t find a ded10 in +1.0 ^^
They obviously hate mission running in Hisec. In like 10 years the rats value has been halved. They made it so you can’t be Gallente and Caldari by missioning alone. They mostly have nerfed the loot in any mission so 75% drop nothing. They have created massive ship cost and inflation by constant PLEX sales, as illustrated by the CSM twitch streamer. On top of this they made it so jump cloning wasn’t tied to missioning like it was. At some point people have to ask, is a game fun where the people running it obviously hate what I am doing.
They say there is no wrong way to play EvE, but that is only a saying, reality is different.
You can have positive standing with every corp, faction, and entity in the game. Just requires some effort on your part. As far as being able to jump clone whenever and wherever you want, what’s the problem with that?
You mean Epic Arcs, which are not normal missioning.
Because it proves they take and take and take but when do they give anything? Obviously, the people who made the game thought it deserved more, but every new change is just a nerf.
Ask yourself what benifit are standings now outside of selling things? They are meaningless and because Null wants them that way they are that way. In fact, everything Null is easy mode now, you make billions from PI being unattended most the month. You make billions from ESS from just doing what you were already doing. You make billions from skyhooks for doing nothing as long as they aren’t robbed. Hell you can go do a site in a VNI and be practically asleep as it does itself. Mining? Watch local, align out, watch netflix. ■■■■ they even have little programs that ding that tell them when someones close. Don’t even tell me those are illegal because you can hear them on streams and nothing happens to those people. But actual attended gaming in Hisec, nerf nerf nerf. Where is the carrot? How many devs actually play in Hisec? I hear about devs all the time in Null corps, and they even had to ■■■■■■■ fire some because of it. The game is skewed and it isn’t difficulty, Null is empty and the places it isn’t they have 10000 friends and complain that filaments keep sending them to blue space.
They are shitifying their game and making you do as they wish, because that is what Null wants.
I manage to make billions in high sec. So do many other players. Why can’t you?
I made 20 billion last month from all my assets skyrocketing because of inflation. Hey what a coincidence there was a PLEX sale at the same time. It is not about money, it is above favoritism and if that all EvE is, it’s trash.
So, instead of whining, list what you would like to see changed in high sec gameplay. For example, why should mission ship bounties pay out as much in high sec as they do in null? Why should high sec combat anomalies pay out as much as they do in null? Sounds like you’re just wanting easy ISK with little to no risk.
You mean like Null? Where there is practically no risk at all? Unlike Hisec that has actual people?

The Null people barely log in now and they are rewarded like kings, it’s a joke. Think it is going to get better? It is no secret Null is going to lose a ton of people come November.

By who? Random people looking for a fight because no one wants one? No one is really defending anything unless pushed to do so. They can stream large structures being destroyed now because there is no one to fight. Something never heard of before. Also gatecamps can be done in losec too, but 90 people shooting one guy and getting a kick out of it says more about them than the guy they destroyed.
When was the last buff to anything Hisec, ANYTHING?

I’ve been discussing the issue. So far the only thing you’ve managed to come up with is a buff to high sec mission runners. That alone is not going to “save” high sec.
No one change is going to fix everything but Hisec needs buffed more than it is, that or Null needs a real nerf, there is no balance.
