Benedictions to you, my fellow Empyreans.
I appear before you to once again relay a summary of relevant issues concerning House Etranhi, Holders of the County and City of Ny’Stetoh, within Belfent Province upon Mishi IV, in regards to the ongoing efforts to secure our Holding in these trying times.
The two months since the Empress’s revelation of the Pax e Kilizhi Do have been a time of great change for our house. With the decree has come both a shift in the liege in which we swear ultimate fealty to and our house’s priorities. Though we have already done via other avenues with our peers and liege lords, we would like to address the former matter first.
House Etranhi welcomes the rule of the Royal House of Khanid to our region and world, and prays for a felicitous reign over their new domains. Our family is devoted to bolstering the security and prosperity of our county, and we look forward to continuing to work with our new ruling House towards that goal.
To facilitate this, we moved quickly to eliminate a potential conflict of interests by severing ties with the Newelle Family of House Sarum shortly after the Imperial Jubilee. We pray that certain representatives of House of Khanid and the Newelle Family will resolve their public conflicts and allow a reestablishment of these ties some time in the future. Until then, all Newelle Family members and assets shall be absent from our holding.
Furthermore, we are aware of Cheshm Khan operations currently ongoing on Mishi IV. We would like to reiterate our loyalty and resolve by stating we shall fully cooperate with their agents should they come to Ny’Stetoh, and aid them as we may with their investigations into Sani Sabik activity. We wish them luck in their blessed work, nevertheless.
As to the latter matter, House Etranhi has continued and redoubled its efforts to secure its hold from threats both without and within. To this effect, a rapid militarization order has been issued by Lord Bladest to bring our hold’s forces up to appropriate standard for its size and economic capacity. Training and equipping has begun for several divisions of both defensive guard and expeditionary forces. This process is now underway and making good progress.
In addition, House Etranhi has deemed it prudent to begin establishing and strengthening ties with Amarr loyalist capsuleer organizations, specifically the Excubitoris Chapter of the Sacred Throne and Khimi Harar. Our family has bestowed a small parcel of desert land on the outskirts Ny’Stetoh to the Excubitoris Chapter in the hopes they shall utilize it to serve their own needs as a desert training outpost, and increase the overall military presence in the area. I, Felethia Etranhi, shall also be soon entering into talks with Khimi Harar to see how we may benefit one another in matters of security and economic stimulus.

This seems a cold way to treat a family that was so passionate about the defense of your holding so recently.
I’m not saying it was the wrong choice—you have to protect your own first, after all. Just saying it seems cold.
