Close the client and log back in.

Is that a double Neocom? Never seen that before. Resize? Autohide? Align right? Reset buttons?
^I would try all of those. If that doesn’t work then switch client between fullscreen/window mode. Reinstall EVE after all fails, I guess.
hit escape ingame, go to reset settings, click the clear cache button. That’s the “I have weird issues, pls fix” button, good chance it’ll fix it.
If “turn it off and turn it back on again” doesn’t work, reset the cache.

Be sure to do a Bug Report. Need to let a dev know.
I have been seeing this reported for over a year in the help chats. Clearing Cache seem to be the resolution.
I had it happen on my Linux OS, with the new expansion, are you using Linux perchance?
I simply reset all my character’s UI, then ran my backup copies to replace them.
