No, people are not magically able to interpret your definition of a ‘F2P model’. If you mean you want everything to be available for free, then say so in the first place.
If EVE were to become a game where everything is available for free without restrictions, what is your suggestion to keep the servers running? Who is going to pay the bills? A huge source of income for CCP would disappear.
I would just invest that RL sub money into isk to buy and burn ships with instead.
A much better money turnover than a fixed subscription model, in my opinion.
Especially if CCP does changes that promotes more conflict and asset destruction.

But how would you invest that RL sub money into ISK? You mean you want to buy plex with it? Can you imagine how much ISK you get for your plex when plex isn’t used to pay for subscriptions anymore?
The only people interested in buying plex after subscriptions are gone would be people that want to buy skins for their ships. And they are going to pay a lot less ISK for your plex than people interested in buying subscriptions.
Your sub money is not going to pay for a lot of ships to burn. And CCPs servers still aren’t getting paid.
It just really depends on how often you play and what type of ships gets flown ?
14euros worth of sub gets me about 1.6b isk worth of ships to explode.
I can add another 6euros to get around 2b a month to play with.
More than enough for what I do in Eve for a month.
Right now I simply wont play, because I don’t want to have to pay a sub and be restricted on playing on only 6 euros worth of plex, ie less gametime, or even worse, be forced to grind the isk needed ingame. Ive no time for that shite …

People will simply get bored, and the old playerbase will wither out.
Also, what a full access and f2p model will have on plex prices ingame is debatable, as there is already quite a massive supply of it ingame, due to injectors and demand, and the destrcutive nature of the game, thats not likely to change anytime soon.

Let me explain. Plex doesn’t create ISK ingame, it just moves ISK around between players.
If CCP starts selling ISK for RL money, they are creating ISK out of thin air. The EVE economy would suffer because of this huge influx of ISK as people keep injecting more and more ISK with their ‘sub money’. In the end no ingame actions will be worth doing anymore when your 1 billion ISK won’t even pay for a frigate.
If you can generate ISK directly from CCP like that and in game, you will barely be able to afford a ship
Theres just no realistic way I’ll be able to play this game without treating it like a boring second job I have to pay for half the time.
Not worth it.

PS: They should just make an arena style game with ship restrictions and set matches for those who just want to fly ships and pew without the time constraints for grinding isk or subs.
