How to remove background from Twitch stream

I see Twitch stream and part of people only show face and shoulders without background. I found manual with Google search how this can be done.

Why is this in General Discussion and not Out Of Pod Experience?

There’s nothing EVE related about this and nothing a google search or YouTube video can’t show you.
