Suspect hunting outside Jita is a bizarre environment. One pretty soon learns it has its own politics and pecking order and not to shoot the regulars, and all the various tricks people use. It’s quite daunting sitting there in range of half a dozen Tornados…but there is a sort of ’ you don’t shoot me and I won’t shoot you’ between the regulars, who are mostly after much bigger targets.

Actually It doesn’t, here the risk increases dramatically, particularly if you mine without a permit.
In low and null sec, if it ain’t blue you run like a little girl, whereas in High, even your granny might be a neworder enforcer. Best play it safe and purchase a mining permit before the big bad wolf comes a calling.

If I remember correctly it was the one in the office setting, a guy standing next to a woman, both office workers, reading their papers or such, the woman goes to the man and kicks or punches him in the reproductive organ, as a result of which the man collapses to the ground.
Kinda odd it was removed because that very gif was posted countless times in the past and as far as I recall it wasn’t removed at least when I saw them.

This has worked… but Unfortunately, safety is set to green by default and a lot of noobs either don’t, haven’t, or don’t know how to change it. Though I do admit, Over the years I’ve left my safety on red a few times and almost shot someone. Most recently when I returned to Eve. Luckily, I noticed before the fail.
I don’t think you understand the definition of the word “gank”. Judging by your KDR, you shouldn’t be giving advice on PvP in the first place. Pressing F1 and jumping on any ship that isn’t blue in local leaves much to be desired. 
In Null, anyone not blue is an enemy. In HS, you have no idea who the enemy is.
Ask yourself… Does the lion ask the gazelle to get ready for a fight and wait for it to be ready… or does it surprise its prey and pounce on it before it can react? Does this make the lion a coward or does it make it smart? It works this way with all predator/prey. It’s not hard to comprehend. It is the circle of life…♪♫
