When you think about what a bully might be, you might think someone who undercuts their ore on the market.

Advocating the game returns in base concepts (like having life/death cycles of null alliances) which were in the early days of eve return, is not a “radical departure from what ccp set out to build”.
They made mistakes enabling the alliances to become immortal, and this mistake needs to be corrected.
They made mistakes allowing people to be station camped from wars, and this mistake needs to be corrected.
They made mistakes allowing suicide ganking in high sec, and this needs to be corrected.
They are human, They do not get everything right, and when droves upon droves of players tell you something should be changed, you should listen. Not listen to the same 7-8 forum alts i see here day in and out, which btw i know 5-6 of them are from the same organization, and have direct ties to goonswar, who have no interest in bettering this game just killing it.

whats this talk of not allowed to kill players in their first 15 days? Just asking cause i routinely see a guy, the same guy posting kills of players as new as 4 days old who he has killed then podded, players still in npc corps. In a 1.0 system no less.
Either there is no rule against it, or this guy doesnt care, and is probably a throwaway alt which will be replaced immediately anyway if something happened to it
It’s allowed to kill players of any age. If it wasn’t allowed, CCP would just make it so you couldn’t target and shoot them.

Its legal to scam, suicide gank, or abuse any new player in the first 30 days of their time, and its illegal to do these actions in starter systems at all.
