I see Lucas was trolling @Knowledgeminer in another thread and they had a very similar discussion. 
So then I went back to the old forums and I found a thread posted there, the subject being how Lucas Kell really doesn’t play the game or know what he’s talking about, but boy does he sure love to post endless diatribes in the forums.

Not a bad post in all, but there are some things that are incorrect and I see Lucas has put you right on them. There is a lot of gate and hub ganking by alpha strike Tornadoes, however while it is not easy to stop due to the instant kill nature of these ganks you can disrupt them by going after the loot scooper and the loot yourself. Aaaarrgg is of course always effective and very difficult to stop and very active.
I also see a lot of easy targets around too, just like Lucas.
I was intrigued by a Miniluv ganker on Discord telling various people that most hisec gankers used automation to loot scoop, with the recent changes to approach by CCP in terms of bots we did notice a fall off in efficiency by multiple gankers in terms of loot scooping.
Please try not to fall into the trap of the other CODE players.
And by the way we noticed that CODE now have a new structure in hisec as they are now able to be war decked again.
