Its not even just dsts, battleships and even orcas use it. Nobody kills ships that cloak trick because just unloaking and pointing them is way to high of a bar for what little reward 99% of them give. Yes it is fine. The balance on a good game is that if you do things right and pay attention you are relatively safe. This plays out in 0.0 with the balance with ratting with local. A JF has vulnerabilities, but of course if you were that focussed you would have a gank squad taking out the out cyno.
I see DST’s that have been destroyed on the pipes that were obviously doing the cloak MWD trick and I saw fast small ships on the KM. It does not happen often but it does, try harder please.
I have an Impel with much more than 500k EHP however it cannot do the MWD/cloak fit within one second no matter how hard I try, also my anti Tornado one is also vulnerable for longer than one second sometimes. The only one that does it all the same is my specific fit Mastodon and it has a tank of a wet paper bag. As I said you ain’t trying hard enough.

sorry but i dont mainly mine in eve, its boring as heck xD i only do when we have a moon burst and even then am i like … sigh i dont want to. and i heard aswell that this mining permit is a ripoff. long long ago (2 years by now i think?) lived i in solitude and that bob the forth guy was there the code thing which terrorised corps in the icebelt in niballe. anyways, there was a different guy called neutron alpha doing the same but he wanted like 100M for a mining permit. lol, so that neutron alpha guy effectively killed that stuff in solitude and bob eventually left solitude cause that mining permit stuff turned into a ripoff in that region. iunno why code never did something against that guy killing effectively codes “business” xD
