With the huge amount of ratting I’ve been doing lately for PvE practice, I literally visit every belt, etc, in a system, I’ve noticed again and again mining ships being attacked by npcs and putting up zero defence. When one is ratting for hours on end in mining areas, it is very clear that a portion of miners are AFK. …and its the same ones every day.

Hm this sounds almost exactly what I once said but Cilla was insistent that personal experiences don’t matter when it comes to this.
