Just make absolutely sure you resist drinking alcohol while using that medicine as according to a quick google search it can have serious side effects including death.
Diazepam has a risk for abuse and addiction, which can lead to overdose and death. Taking this medication with alcohol or other drugs that can cause drowsiness or breathing problems (especially opioid medications such as codeine, hydrocodone) may cause very serious side effects, including death.
Alcohol and diazepam death is a real risk both due to overdose and to the effects of long-term abuse. It is important to be aware of the signs of an overdose so that you can seek medical help immediately if necessary.
So be careful and be sure to call your doctor or emergency service if you can’t resist drinking alcohol.

Stopped drinking alcohol nearly 40 years ago. Spurned drugs when my first encounter with weed (in my teens) resulted in 3 completely lost days and a reflection in the mirror which resembled something recently emerged from an old grave.
It’s not all good news, though. I’ve smoked since I was 9, and still vape - in a more-or-less controlled fashion.
Staying in regular and meaningful contact with your health professional/s is really good practice. Cultivate those relationships; they can save your life.
Other than that, Felix, just know that you’re not the only one!

Upload snips directly from the computer instead of taking a picture with the phone and uploading that. I had noticed you using the snipping tool in some pics, like where you edit out security information, but rather than saving the snip and uploading that to the forum, you take a picture on your phone.
If you only like using the phone, then you can upload the snips to a shared drive and retreive them on the phone. It makes a world of difference in the clarity of the photos you share. Here’s a couple examples.

Doesn’t matter how good your camera is, it’s a limitation of taking a still frame of what is essentially a very fast moving object. You’ll always be catching the screen in mid-refresh unless you can adjust the shutter speed to match the refresh rate, so it will always throw off the images. Same reason why a video of a helicopter will show the rotors turning funny or not turning at all.
